1. Product Overview

1. The bottom tray is made of st*nless steel plate with a thickness of at least 2mm; the m*n frame is built with aluminum alloy profiles with a thickness of at least 45mm×45mm; the organic glass device is made of light blue organic glass with a thickness of at least 10mm; the m*n pipe is a transparent PVC pipe with a diameter of DN40, and a horizontal adjustment wheel is installed at the bottom of the device.

The platform can not only disassemble and m*nt*n pumps, pipes and valves, but also debug and operate the whole machine; it is equipped with a speed-adjustable mixer, which can configure sewage by itself; it is equipped with a touch screen, which is easy to operate and the operation process is visualized; the pneumatic valves all have feedback on the switch position to clarify the valve status; by adjusting the inverter parameters, the water flow rate of the water pump can be accurately controlled.

The control system adopts plc , touch screen and programming configuration software, uses open industrial Ethernet to realize on-site data acquisition and information communication, and receives on-site sensor detection signals with flexible and diverse input interfaces, which greatly enhances the accuracy and flexibility of the system.
1. Water supply system: It is the place where the pump station system collects and distributes water, providing water source for liquid transportation. The m*n body is located at the top of the profile frame, m*nly composed of water collection tank, reagent tank, flow stabilizing cylinder, mixer, metering pump, level meter and butterfly valve.
2. Pump, pipe and valve system: It is the m*n unit of the pump station system, which realizes liquid transportation through the control of water pumps, pipes and valves. It is m*nly composed of screw pumps, *r compressors, gas storage tanks, pneumatic knife gate valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, filters, safety valves, diaphragm valves, ball valves, electric regulating valves, pressure sensors , electromagnetic flow meters, *r source processing components, etc.
3. Control system: It is used for on-site signal acquisition and display, operating status indication, actuator control and system power control.
