1. Experimental purpose and principle:

The flat oil -type oiling pool uses a high -speed stirring and drug -breaking separation method. The pool surface is equipped with a scratch device.

Floating oil in oil -cont--ning sewage is the m--n part of the oil content in the sewage, and generally accounts for more than 80 % of the total oil content of the sewage. There are very few dissolved oils in sewage, generally not more than 5-15 mg/L. Therefore, the separation of floating oil and emulsification oil is the key to oil -cont--ning sewage treatment.

The meaning of floating oil means that the sewage can take advantage of the poor proportion of oil gr--ns and water to the water surface under the condition of static or slow flow of sewage (usually 2.0 hours). Practice has proved that in the above practice, the particle size that may float to the water surface is generally not less than 60 to 100υ (micrometer). The emergence effect also depends on the proportion of oil, the temperature and viscosity of water.

1 Overview
