Teaching experiment - water heat pump performance test bench system uses 134a or R22 as refrigerant . This system can obt*n suitable condensing temperature and evaporation temperature, and can improve the performance of the refrigeration system.
1. It can complete the following experimental functions:
1. Performance measurement of single-stage refrigeration compressor
1) It can measure the inlet and outlet temperature pressure, cooling capacity, heat, compression work, etc. of the refrigerator compressor.
2) It can adjust the operating parameters of the system;
2. It can conduct experiments on the influence of several actual factors on the cycle performance;
3. It can conduct system variable working condition characteristic experiments;
4. The reserved interface can be expanded to the refrigerant heat transfer characteristic experiment.
5. It can be expanded to the heat pump performance test bench.
2. Technical indicators achieved by the system test bench:
1. The cooling capacity can be selected in the range of 3kW-8kW.
2. The inlet and outlet water temperature of the system cooling water system is 30/35℃, and the inlet and outlet water temperature of the chilled water system is 12/7℃.
3. The energy efficiency ratio under *r conditioning conditions is 3.0+ 10%.
3. Equipment structure
1. Refrigeration system:
1) Compressor: 2P.
2) Oil separator: Packing type, with mesh steel wire inside, intercepting and ret*ning lubricating oil carried out from the compressor.
3) Liquid storage tank: It plays a role in stabilizing the refrigerant flow and can be used to store liquid refrigerant.
4) Condenser and evaporator: Both are tube-and-tube type, with refrigerant flowing between the tubes and water flowing in the inner tube.
5) Dry filter: Drying function to prevent expansion valve blockage.
6) Thermal expansion valve: Control the expansion valve opening by the superheat of the gaseous refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator, electronic type.
7) Sight glass: Observe the flow state of the refrigerant.
8) Pressure relay protector: Used to protect the safe operation of the piston compressor.
2. Circulating water system
1) Water tank: Two, one is a chilled water tank and the other is a cooling water tank. The size of the tank is designed according to the working conditions and has good thermal insulation. The inner and outer layers of the cover are st*nless steel plates, and the middle is a 50mm thick insulation material. A liquid level gauge is provided on the side of the tank; the chilled water tank is equipped with an electric heater.
2) Liquid level gauge: Two, showing the water level in the tank.
3) Water pump: two, for chilled water circulation and cooling water circulation respectively.
4) Water tank heater: four, for heating the chilled water tank, respectively 2kW, 2kW, 1kW, 1kW (adjustable); Turbine flowmeter: two, DC24V, for measuring water flow, flow range 0.4m3/h--6m3/h, one for chilled water side and one for cooling water.
3. Data acquisition system
1) Pressure transmitter: two, for measuring compressor inlet and outlet pressure, pressure before and after throttling.
2) Temperature sensor : platinum resistance, temperature measurement points are 2 inlet and outlet of evaporator working fluid side, 2 inlet and outlet of condenser working fluid side, 8 in parallel condenser working fluid side/water side; 2 inlet and outlet of evaporator water side. 2 inlet and outlet of condenser water side.
3) Intelligent electrical parameter monitoring instrument: two, displaying electrical signals such as voltage, current, power, etc. of the compressor.
4. Virtual simulation software for electrical installation of building and intelligent building Designed based on unity3d, users can choose different sizes of interactive interface according to computer configuration, and can choose six levels of image quality. The model in the software can be rotated 360°, enlarged, reduced, and translated.
