1. Experimental purpose:
The function of aeration equipment in the activated sludge process is to fully mix *r, activated sludge and pollutants, keep the activated sludge in a suspended state, promote the transfer of oxygen from the gas phase to the liquid phase, and from the liquid phase to the activated sludge, to ensure that microorganisms have enough oxygen for material metabolism. Since the supply of oxygen is one of the m*n factors to ensure the normal progress of the biochemical treatment process, engineering designers and operation managers often need to determine the total oxygen transfer coefficient KLa through experiments and evaluate the oxygen supply capacity and power efficiency of aeration equipment.
Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Master the method of determining the total oxygen transfer coefficient and oxygenation capacity of aeration equipment;
2. Master the method of determining the correction coefficients a and b;
3. Understand the characteristics of various test methods and data collation methods.
