1. Experimental purpose:
This device is a small membrane filtration device for laboratory use , which can be widely used in the separation, concentration and purification of solution or gas substances (separation technology of polymers, cells, microorganisms, viruses, colloids in water, impurities, rust, bacteria, algae, etc.). It uses a membrane with selective permeability as a separation medium, and the membrane wall is densely covered with micropores. The original liquid passes through one side of the membrane under a cert*n pressure, the solvent and small molecular solutes pass through the wall as filtrate, and the larger molecular solutes are ret*ned by the membrane, thereby achieving the purpose of material separation and concentration. The membrane separation process is a dynamic filtration process. The large molecular solutes are blocked by the membrane wall and flow out of the membrane assembly with the concentrated liquid. The membrane is not easy to be blocked and can be used continuously for a long time. The filtration process can be operated at room temperature and low pressure, without phase change, high efficiency and energy saving.
