1. Experimental purpose:
The integrated two-phase anaerobic biological treatment reactor uses multiple sets of sleeves in various forms to organically divide the space in the reactor into an acid-producing phase biological treatment reaction zone, a two-phase anaerobic transition zone, a methanogenic phase biological treatment reaction zone, a mud-water separation zone, a gas phase zone, etc., thereby achieving the purpose of integrating two-phase anaerobic equipment. This reactor is not only simple to manage and operate, but also has high treatment efficiency. In addition, due to its small size and small footprint, it reduces the project cost. It is very suitable for the promotion and application of small and medium-sized high-concentration organic wastewater treatment projects as a teaching experimental equipment.
Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the internal structure of the reactor;
2. Master the startup method of the reactor and the formation mechanism of sludge;
3. Conduct dynamic tests on a cert*n type of sewage to determine the process parameters and the water quality of the treated water.
