The ZRLR-11A refrigerator and *r conditioner tr*ning and assessment device is a product developed in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Revitalizing the 21st Century Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Textbook Construction Plan", with competence as the basis and employment as the orientation, closely combined with production practice and the skill requirements of occupational positions, and in accordance with the teaching and tr*ning requirements of vocational education. I. Features
1. The system integrates simulated *r conditioners and simulated refrigerators, and uses real refrigeration units to meet the requirements of actual teaching
. 2. The device is equipped with 2 systems, 1 *r conditioning system and 1 direct cooling/indirect cooling refrigerator integrated system, which can simultaneously meet the requirements of *r conditioning and refrigerator practical tr*ning and operation assessment
. 3. The whole set of practical tr*ning devices integrates the refrigeration system, electrical control system, and fault simulation system of *r conditioners and refrigerators. The system is real and complete, with clear and compact structure.
4. The practical tr*ning device intuitively displays the system structure and working principle of the heat pump split *r conditioner. The structure and m*n components of the refrigeration cycle system can be clearly seen. The system is also equipped with pointer-type AC voltmeter, pointer-type AC ammeter, digital display thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, and signal lights to make the real-time working status of the entire heat pump split *r conditioning system and refrigerator system clear at a glance; in addition, a sight glass is set in the pipeline to observe the refrigerant status; the high-pressure pipeline is the red part, and the low-pressure pipeline is the blue part.

3. Basic equipment of the device
This tr*ning device is m*nly composed of power control panel, tr*ning table, fault box, test box, etc.
(I) 1 Power supply, instrument control panel The
control panel is an aluminum alloy structure with an aluminum panel. It provides AC power, various test instruments and tr*ning devices for tr*ning. The specific functions are as follows:
a) AC power control unit: powered by single-phase three-wire 220V AC power supply, 2 AC voltmeters with a measuring range of 0-250V, used to monitor the grid voltage, 2 AC ammeters with a measuring range of 0-10A, used to observe the system startup current and monitor the normal working current of the system, the leakage protector controls the total power supply of the control panel, and the power supply of the control panel is controlled by the key switch.
b) Refrigeration system pressure detection unit: 4 vacuum pressure gauges are provided, with measuring ranges of -0.1-0.9MPa, -0.1-1.5MPa, and -0.1-3.5MPa, respectively, used to measure the high and low pressure side pressures of *r-conditioning and refrigerator systems.
c) Temperature detection unit: 2 three-and-a-half-digital temperature meters are provided, switched by band switches to display the temperature changes at different points.
d) 1 set of current type leakage protection device: when the ground leakage current exceeds a cert*n value, the circuit breaker will trip and cut off the power supply; a thermal protection device is provided to protect the compressor from overheating and overload.
(II) Tr*ning table
The tr*ning table is a double-layer matte dense-gr*ned spray-coated aluminum alloy structure, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board, with a solid structure and beautiful shape; the desktop is used to install the power control panel and provide a spacious and comfortable work surface. The tr*ning table is also equipped with four universal wheels, which is easy to move and fix, and is conducive to the layout of the tr*ning room.
(III) Tr*ning
1. Fault
Provide multiple fault connection points for simulated *r conditioners and simulated refrigerators, and provide common electrical circuit connections for *r conditioners and refrigerators to simulate system faults; the setting types include: power circuit, temperature sensor circuit, drive circuit, compressor protection circuit, indoor fan speed control circuit, etc. The simulated fault switch quantity of the *r conditioner and the simulated fault switch quantity of the refrigerator meet the requirements of multi-point fault setting.
2. Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on Unity3D, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the 3D machine tool model can be operated by the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons. When the line is connected, the 3D machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the 3D machine tool model. You can choose to cover the cover. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connection line button to connect the terminals to the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up, and the scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the addition of PLC control function. After the connection is completed, press the PLC coding button to enter the program writing interface, write two programs, forward and reverse, with a total of 12 ladder diagram symbols. After writing, select Submit to verify the program. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. If there is a component, line connection, or code error, an error box will pop up, and the scene can be reset at any time.
3. MicrocontrollerControl: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the microcontroller control function added. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit the verification successfully, turn on the power to operate, and the component, line connection, and code errors will pop up an error box, and the scene can be reset at any time.
