The "One Machine and Two Warehouses Simulation Experimental Equipment" is a product developed and researched according to the teaching requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Revitalizing the 21st Century Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Teaching Materials Construction Plan" and the teaching and practical tr*ning requirements of vocational schools.
The "One Machine and Two Warehouses Simulation Experimental Equipment" is suitable for the practical tr*ning teaching of courses such as "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Machinery and Equipment", "Installation, Operation and M*ntenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Devices", " Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Automation", " Air Conditioning Technology and Application ", "Cold Storage Engineering and Operation Management", and "Cold Storage Refrigeration Technology" in colleges, secondary vocational schools, and undergraduate colleges, such as the majors of electromechanical equipment installation and m*ntenance, electromechanical technology application, electrical operation and control, electrical technology application, motors and electrical appliances, refrigeration and *r conditioning equipment application and m*ntenance, as well as the appr*sal and assessment of intermediate and senior workers.
I. Device features
1. Strong comprehensiveness: The one-machine-two-warehouse simulation experiment equipment integrates the one-machine-two-warehouse refrigeration system, electrical control system and fault system. The system is real and complete, with a clear and compact structure, which meets the requirements for practical tr*ning.

III. Basic configuration and functions of the tr*ning device:
The tr*ning device is m*nly composed of a control panel, a tr*ning table, an *r-cooled refrigeration unit and a cold storage.
1. Power control part
AC power supply: Provides the three-phase AC power required for the control panel to work, which can be controlled by the m*n power switch.
2. Measuring instruments
(1) Pointer voltmeter: 0~450V, accuracy level 2.5
(2) Vacuum pressure gauge: -0.1~1.5MPa
(3) Vacuum pressure gauge: -0.1~3.5MPa
(4) Digital temperature meter: using PT100 sensor , measuring range -50~150℃
3. One machine two warehouse electrical control assessment board
The panel is printed with the one machine two warehouse electrical control schematic diagram, and has corresponding test points to facilitate students' analysis and measurement.
4. One machine two warehouse refrigeration system flow board
The panel is printed with a real one machine two warehouse refrigeration system flow chart, equipped with 2 temperature controllers (to measure and control the temperature of high temperature warehouse and low temperature warehouse respectively), 1 cold storage special defrost timer (for low temperature warehouse)
5. Fault setting box
Equipped with a small door with a lock, with 10 button switches inside, all of which have been connected to the corresponding test points, used to set faults and restore normal operation
6. Air-cooled refrigeration unit
It includes 1 semi-enclosed refrigeration compressor, *r-cooled condenser, oil separator, sight glass, liquid storage tank, drying filter, 2 liquid supply solenoid valves, 2 thermal expansion valves, check valve (single-phase valve), 4 hand valves, etc.
7. Refrigeration and freezing dual temperature cold storage body
It uses high-quality st*nless steel plate as the skeleton, which is machined and formed, and the interlayer is equipped with insulation and fireproof foaming material. The whole machine is both sturdy and durable, and beautiful. The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with universal wheels with brakes, which are suitable for both movement and fixation, and are convenient for adjusting the placement of equipment. The size of the cabinet is 1000×500×1600 (mm).
8. Tr*ning table
The tr*ning table is an iron double-layer matte dense spray structure. The desktop is a fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board with a solid structure and beautiful shape. There are two large drawers for placing tools and materials. The desktop is used to install the power control panel and provide a spacious and comfortable work surface. The tr*ning table is also equipped with four universal wheels for easy movement and fixation.

10. Single chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the 3D machine tool model can be operated by the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons . When the line is connected, the 3D machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experiment instruction manual and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag them to the electrical cabinet. Place the limiter on the 3D machine tool model. You can choose to cover the lid. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and perform the operation. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up and the scene can be reset at any time.
2.PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, with the addition of PLC control function. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button, write two programs, forward and reverse, with a total of 12 ladder diagram symbols. After writing, select Submit to verify the program. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. Error boxes will pop up for components, line connections, and code errors, and the scene can be reset at any time.
3. MCU control: The experiment is the same as relay control, with the addition of MCU control function. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, and submit the verification successfully. Turn on the power to operate. Error boxes will pop up for components, line connections, and code errors, and the scene can be reset at any time.
