1. Brief description of the equipment The
*r conditioning and refrigeration comprehensive tr*ning device consists of an *r conditioning system and a dual-temperature cold storage system. It m*nly strengthens students' comprehensive professional abilities such as pipeline design and installation, electrical wiring, working condition debugging, fault diagnosis and m*ntenance, and the use of refrigeration tools for *r conditioning and cold storage systems.
The system consists of two parts: an electrical control system and a piping system. The two systems are separated independently. The electrical control system consists of a power supply and assessment module with leakage protection function, a split heat pump *r conditioning electrical control module, and a dual-temperature cold storage electrical control module. The piping system is divided into two types: heat pump *r conditioner and dual-temperature cold storage. The equipment has an intelligent fault assessment function, which can conduct practical tr*ning and assessment of students on the electrical control system of *r conditioning and dual-temperature cold storage.
2. Equipment features
The equipment integrates the installation, leak detection, pressure m*ntenance, vacuuming, refrigerant filling, electrical control system wiring, and system operation and debugging of *r conditioning and dual-temperature cold storage piping systems, meeting the requirements of practical teaching, actual engineering tr*ning, and professional skills competitions.
The equipment adopts a modular design, the electrical system and the piping system are separated independently, and the electrical system is equipped with test terminals and output terminals. Students can perform electrical testing, wiring, and debugging and operation operations. The piping system can be used for piping design and installation tr*ning.
The device intuitively displays the refrigeration system structure and working principle of *r conditioners and dual-temperature cold storage, which is convenient for teaching demonstrations and students' understanding and mastery of textbook knowledge.
The device is equipped with a movable pressure gauge and an 8-way temperature inspection instrument to measure the temperature and pressure values ​​of key points in the system, and can calculate and analyze the system. The
entire tr*ning device system is real and complete, with a clear and intuitive structure, consistent with the actual *r conditioner, cold storage refrigeration system, and electrical system, easy to understand, easy to learn and teach.

4. Structure and composition
The *r conditioning and refrigeration comprehensive tr*ning device m*nly consists of three parts: *r conditioner installation platform and cold storage unit, electric control system platform and dual-temperature cold storage cabinet.
1. Air conditioner installation platform:
1) The installation platform uses aluminum profiles as the frame, which is composed of a "simulated wall" and a base. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit are installed on the simulated wall and the base respectively. Size: 1000mm×750mm×1700mm
2) The installation position of the outdoor unit and the indoor unit and the pipe connection of the indoor and outdoor units can be installed and connected according to technical requirements and specifications. Students can make positioning holes on the wooden board according to their needs, and conduct *r conditioner installation and operation tr*ning for students.
3) The wiring of all electrical components of the *r conditioner is led out to the outside. Students can make wiring according to the measurement and judgment of the electrical components, and finally connect them with the *r conditioner electrical control module on the electric control system platform.
4) The platform foot is equipped with silent universal wheels with locks for easy movement.
5) The *r conditioning system consists of an *r conditioner installation platform and a 1P heat pump split wall-mounted heating and cooling *r conditioner;
6) It has a fault assessment function.
2. Cold storage unit and electric control system platform:
1) The platform uses aluminum profiles as the m*n frame and sheet metal as auxiliary materials. The tabletop is made of industrial aluminum profiles with grooves, which is convenient for installing tr*ning components and equipment. The platform size is not less than 1500mm×800mm×800mm. A drawer is set under the desktop to place a total of 4 tr*ning modules, including "power module, assessment module, *r conditioning electrical control module" and "dual-temperature cold storage electrical control module". A storage cabinet is set under the drawer to place refrigeration-specific tools, vacuum pumps, refrigerant cylinders, etc.
2) A wiring area combining terminal blocks and sheath jacks is set in the front of the aluminum profile desktop, which serves as a connection transition area between the electrical tr*ning unit box and the controlled components. There are wiring troughs installed around the desktop, which is simple and beautiful.
3) The cold storage unit adopts T*kang refrigeration unit, including a fully enclosed compressor, *r-cooled fin condenser, liquid storage tank, unit valve, etc. The power supply is AC 220V-240V, 50Hz; the compressor power is 7/16P; and the fluorine-free and environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant is used. The unit is installed on a st*nless steel mesh plate and can be placed at will. It is equipped with a special plastic card holder for fixing refrigeration devices such as drying filters and sight glasses.
4) Power supply and assessment module: The module includes a single-phase leakage protection switch, a digital voltmeter, a digital ammeter, a double three-core socket, an intelligent fault assessor, etc.
5) Air conditioning electrical control module: The module adopts the form of wiring terminals and schematic diagrams plus measurement points. A safety sheath socket is installed on the upper part of the module's aluminum panel. The input and control output of some devices are led to the panel's safety sheath socket, which is convenient for wiring the control circuit and the actuator, and deepens students' understanding and mastery of the peripheral circuits of the electrical control system. The lower part of the aluminum panel is silk-screened with a more det*led electrical control schematic diagram, and measurement points are installed at the corresponding positions for measurement of electrical parameters and troubleshooting. At the same time, the module is equipped with an intelligent fault assessment board and assessment interface for fault setting and assessment.
6) Dual-temperature cold storage electrical control module: Two intelligent temperature controllers control the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer respectively. The module panel adopts the form of wiring terminals and schematic diagram plus measuring points. The safety sheath jack is installed on the upper part of the aluminum panel of the module panel. The input and control output of some devices are led to the safety sheath jack of the panel, which is convenient for the wiring of the control circuit and the actuator, and deepens students' understanding and mastery of the peripheral circuit of the electrical control system. 3. Cold storage cabinet:
1) The cabinet is made of high-quality st*nless steel plate as the skeleton, which is formed by mechanical processing, and the insulation layer is made of polyurethane insulation and fireproof foam material. The size is not less than 1200mm×750mm×1650mm.
2) The entire space is divided into two layers, the upper layer is the freezing area, which uses a blowing fin evaporator; the lower layer is the refrigeration area, which uses a light tube evaporator.
3) A st*nless steel mesh plate is installed on the side of the cabinet for installing an internal balanced thermal expansion valve, evaporation pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, etc.
4) The cabinet door is installed with a transparent glass window (new model: no, reason: poor insulation.) It is convenient to observe the internal structure and working status. The cabinet cont*ns a lighting system, a dr*nage system, etc.
5) Universal wheels with brakes are installed at the bottom, which are suitable for both movement and fixation, and convenient for adjusting the placement of equipment.

4. Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be operated by the start/stop, forward movement, and reverse movement buttons . In the state of connecting the line, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select the relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them to the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the lid. Some component names can be renamed, and then click the connection line button to connect the terminals to the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up, and the scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, with the addition of PLC control function. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button, write two programs, forward and reverse, with a total of 12 ladder diagram symbols. After the writing is completed, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. Components, line connections, and code errors will pop up prompt error boxes, and the scene can be reset at any time.
3. MCU control: The experiment is the same as relay control, with the addition of MCU control function. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit and verify successfully, turn on the power to operate. 5. Intelligent Assessment System
The digital integrated circuit board using the latest MCU technology RAM processing chip and the matching wireless fault setting control system are stable and not easy to be infected with viruses.
  1) The control module (PC control terminal or handheld mobile control terminal) and the drive module (intelligent fault setting drive box) are separated to avoid complex wiring interference with the controller, making the system more reliable.
  2) The driver module has a built-in intelligent fault setting control system, equipped with a dedicated new wireless data transmission module (pluggable) and RS232 serial communication interface, which can be used for wireless networking communication and RS232 wired communication.
  3) The handheld mobile control terminal uses a 7-inch high-definition color LCD touch screen, a Chinese menu-style touch operation interface, and a friendly human-computer dialogue. The handheld mobile control terminal can control any tr*ning equipment with a driver module.
  4) The handheld mobile control terminal can be operated as a single machine when it is not connected to the Internet. When the tr*ning equipment with the driver module is wirelessly networked, the handheld mobile control terminal can be wirelessly connected to the network as a network terminal, which can be used as an operation terminal for students to log in to the tr*ning and assessment, and can also be used as an operation terminal for teachers to log in to set questions.
  5) Tr*ning and assessment can be carried out through a PC or tablet computer control terminal, or through a handheld mobile control terminal. The teacher and student interfaces are separated. The teacher enters the teacher interface with a password to set questions, and the students answer questions in the ordinary interface. (Note: The schematic diagram of the fault setting and troubleshooting interface for teachers and students is completely consistent with the schematic diagram of the equipment panel)
  6) You can freely set various common faults related to any one point. The fault types include: line break, short circuit to ground, poor contact, occasional faults, etc. Each set of driver modules can set 8 open circuit faults of large current 5A, 16 open circuit faults of small current 2A signal paths, such as open circuit, poor, occasional, short circuit faults, etc., for a total of 24 fault settings. It can be expanded to set 64 open circuit faults of large current 5A, 128 open circuit faults of small current 2A signal paths, such as open circuit, poor, occasional, short circuit faults, etc., for a total of 192 fault settings according to needs. The number of fault setting points and the type of fault setting can be adjusted according to user requirements.
  7) All tr*ning equipment equipped with driver modules can be wirelessly networked through the built-in dedicated new wireless data transmission module to achieve remote centralized management.
  8) Users can choose to form a network through wireless or RS-232 serial communication with other tr*ning equipment's wireless fault setting control system, and control each tr*ning equipment's fault setting, troubleshooting, parameter setting, remote start, information feedback, assessment and scoring functions through the m*n control computer.
