I. Product Overview
1. The equipment is designed with reference to the technical standards of the relevant projects of the World Skills Competition, highlighting the technical skills tr*ning content such as "installation", "debugging", "m*ntenance", "design" and "management" to cultivate professional and technical personnel in refrigeration and *r conditioning. There are three m*n aspects in the teaching and tr*ning of refrigeration majors, namely the installation and commissioning of dual-temperature cold storage, the application design of dual-temperature cold storage system, and the troubleshooting of dual-temperature cold storage system.
2. At the same time, the equipment is required to be closely linked to the refrigeration equipment installation and commissioning skills competition. It can be used as a competition assessment equipment, as well as for refrigeration and *r conditioning professional teaching, and for the tr*ning and identification of technical personnel in the refrigeration and *r conditioning industry.
The equipment uses real refrigeration components and real cold storage bodies to fully achieve the refrigeration effect required by the industry. In terms of control, the equipment introduces the control mode of plc + touch screen + configuration monitoring & single-chip microcomputer + intelligent instrument. In terms of refrigeration system, an electronic expansion valve is used , which can accurately and stably control the flow of the evaporator, thereby accurately controlling the temperature in the warehouse. In addition, the human-computer interaction interface of the touch screen and configuration monitoring is very intuitive and friendly, and can also be used for on-site scoring during the tr*ning assessment process. A system operation table is set up, and a replaceable side panel is installed on one side of the warehouse body, so that students can install the refrigeration system and circuit system on the above operation table and side panel. The door of the warehouse is made of fully transparent material, and the internal structure of the system can be clearly seen through the door. The equipment for recycling meets environmental protection requirements and uses R134a refrigerant.
3. It can complete the design of the heat recovery system of the dual-temperature cold storage, the transformation of the electronic expansion valve instead of the thermal expansion valve, the design of the hot *r defrosting system of the dual-temperature cold storage, the design of the PLC control program of the dual-temperature cold storage; the transformation design of the touch screen program of the dual-temperature cold storage, and the design of the configuration monitoring program of the dual-temperature cold storage.

III. Product structure:
The equipment consists of a cold storage body, an operating table, a refrigeration system and an electrical control system to form a dual-temperature cold storage device. The structures and components of each part of the equipment are as follows:
1. Cold storage body part
High-quality st*nless steel plates are used as the skeleton, which is formed by mechanical processing, and the interlayer is insulated with polyurethane foam. There are two upper and lower storage bodies, the upper one is the freezing room, and the top is pre-installed with a cold *r blower; the lower one is the cold storage room, and the light tube evaporator that can be made by yourself during the competition is installed. , A real-time temperature gauge is installed on the storage body, which is intuitive and generous. The bottom of the storage body adopts a universal wheel with a brake to facilitate the adjustment of the placement of the equipment.
2. Refrigeration system part
1). It is m*nly composed of a condensing unit, a light tube evaporator, a cold *r blower, a high and low pressure switch, an electronic expansion valve (or a combination of a solenoid valve and a thermal expansion valve) and an energy regulating valve, etc., which are connected by pipelines to form a complete refrigeration system. In order to meet the requirements of the competition (practical tr*ning), the workbench mounting plate and side plate are made of 304 st*nless steel mesh plate, on which students can freely install refrigeration components, hand valves, solenoid valves, junction boxes, meter groups and other accessories (large items have been fixed in advance, such as condensing units, electrical control boxes, etc.), and the system pipelines are built by students themselves, or they can refer to the renderings in the manual for assembly. The unit frame is assembled from beautiful and solid profiles and is equipped with universal wheels with brakes to facilitate the adjustment of the placement of the equipment.
*2.) Unique heat recovery technology effectively controls the overcooling of the refrigeration compressor and the overheating of the condenser.
*3) Remote monitoring platform
Realizes a data transmission that is independent of the medium, modulation and demodulation method, transmission method, and transmission protocol of the transmission network. Data transparent transmission is transparent transmission. During the data transmission process, this set of data does not undergo any form of change through wireless means, while ensuring the quality of transmission, and it reaches the final recipient intact. In the Internet of Things platform where everything is connected, data transparency of smart devices is realized, and wireless transmission technology becomes the m*nstream wireless transmission method of the Internet of Things. The 4G module and Z module derived from these wireless transmission technologies can achieve the same length and content of the data of the sender and the receiver, without any processing of the data, which is equivalent to a data line or serial port line.
3. Control part

The circuit is beautiful, neat, scientific and standardized, the internal wiring is consistent with the wiring diagram, and the line number is clearly marked. The wiring of the distribution box, cabinet and unit is equipped with a sheathed connecting cable, which is clearly marked, intuitive and easy to use.
4. The operation table L*W*H=1500*600*800mm
is made of cold-rolled steel plate bending and welding, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, which is fireproof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant. The tr*ning desk is made of medium-density fiberboard, and a bench vise and multi-directional rotatable fixture are fixed on the desk to meet the practical needs of the contestants (tr*nees).

6. Refrigeration capacity adjustment control device:
1) By automatically adjusting and increasing the refrigerant flow, the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be effectively reduced and the efficient working area of ​​the compressor can be expanded. The use of a two-way electronic expansion valve can realize the energy-saving control and automatic flow adjustment of two-way heat pump functions, cold storage control, *r-use refrigeration units, variable frequency units, and central *r-conditioning units.
2) Software control can control the temperature of the system online, read the flow opening of the unit's refrigeration refrigerant at the optimal temperature system, and adjust the superheat and subcooling of the refrigeration unit. The left side of the text display interface displays the current unit's operating data in real time in the form of text. In the upper half of the right side of the interface, communication information is displayed, including the communication role and the set value of the communication port and the display of the current communication status. In the lower right part of the interface, "Data Information", it shows which data frame is currently received, the address of the received data frame, and other information. A), 4-way real-time temperature display: the controller detects the temperature of multiple points of the system's refrigeration at the same time, and controls the unit's supercooling/superheating at the same time.

C), 24-way parameter setting control parameters can be set: all control-related temperature parameters and time parameters in the controller can be adjusted to adapt to different equipment.
D), automatic adjustment: the equipment has a power-off memory function when running, keeping the current value unchanged. Ensure the valve opening in the refrigeration/heat pump state.
E), 6-way user simulation environment data input setting as shown in the figure below: through software simulation setting during debugging, the valve opening state of the compressor under various conditions can be simulated to accumulate a large amount of data, so as to set the valve opening value according to the characteristics of each refrigeration unit. 4) Offline manual setting
A) Temperature and opening can be displayed for query/setting: All temperatures detected by the controller can be queried and the opening can also be queried and displayed in real time

7. Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the start/stop, forward motion and reverse motion buttons can be used to operate the 3D machine tool model movement. When the line is connected, the 3D machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the cover. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, and the PLC control function is added. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button. Write two forward and reverse programs. There are 12 ladder diagram symbols in total. After writing, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. Components, line connections, and code errors will pop up error boxes. The scene can be reset at any time.
3. Single-chip microcomputer control: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the single-chip microcomputer control function added. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit the verification successfully, turn on the power to operate, and the component, line connection, and code errors will pop up an error box, and the scene can be reset at any time
