1. Product Overview: The "Refrigeration Compressor Performance Test Tr*ning Device" adopts a steam compression refrigeration cycle system, equipped with fully enclosed refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators and other real refrigeration system components, and is equipped with intelligent temperature recorders, flow meters, pressure gauges, voltmeters, ammeters and other measuring instruments. Not only can it provide tr*ning on the determination of refrigeration compressor performance parameters, but it can also conduct demonstration tr*ning on the basic principles of refrigeration cycles. It is suitable for teaching and tr*ning of refrigeration major-related courses in vocational colleges. 2. Experimental
Purpose Through this experiment, students can further understand and master the basic structure of the refrigeration system on the basis of a rational understanding of the refrigeration cycle, deepen their understanding of the refrigeration system and the thermal calculation method of the refrigeration system, and understand the collection methods of different physical quantities and the role of experimental instruments through experiments.
Students can further understand and master the basic structure of the single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system on the basis of a rational understanding of the refrigeration cycle;
understand the temperature and pressure parameter collection methods;
understand the various refrigeration system performance test methods, and master the liquid refrigerant circulation method to measure the performance of the refrigeration system;
through the calculation of the actual measured parameters, analyze the factors that affect the performance of the refrigeration system.
Learn refrigeration system testing . Test method, design the experimental plan according to the existing experimental conditions, and complete the refrigeration system performance test task.
3. Experimental principle and device:
The compressor, condenser, evaporator, and throttle valve constitute the refrigeration system. The evaporator and condenser are both water-cooled. The refrigeration system working condition is adjusted by the heater to adjust the water temperature of the evaporator inlet and outlet, and the valve is used to adjust the flow of water in and out of the evaporator and condenser. The cooling capacity is the heat taken away by the water in and out of the evaporator, and the heat taken away by the water in and out of the condenser is measured to verify the experiment. Simulate the f*lure phenomenon and data changes of the refrigeration system. The experimental data is displayed in real time through a 5-inch color temperature/pressure monitor, and the experimental data can be saved and printed.
