1. Overview
  The equipment is designed in accordance with the national occupational standards for refrigeration
and *r-conditioning system installers and m*ntenance workers, and with reference to the technical standards of the World Skills Competition. It highlights the technical skills tr*ning content such as "installation", "debugging", "m*ntenance", "design" and "management", with the purpose of cultivating professional and technical personnel in refrigeration and *r conditioning. The equipment m*nly embodies three aspects in the teaching and tr*ning of refrigeration majors, namely heating installation and commissioning, application design of cold water systems, and troubleshooting of cold storage systems. A comprehensive planning and design has been carried out for the practical tr*ning content of the competition, highlighting the actual operation tr*ning, focusing on the installation, commissioning and m*ntenance of system equipment, as well as actual engineering, application design and management. At the same time, the equipment is closely linked to the refrigeration equipment installation and commissioning skills competition. It can be used as a competition assessment equipment, as well as for refrigeration and *r-conditioning professional teaching, as well as the tr*ning and identification of technical personnel in the refrigeration and *r-conditioning industry.

3. Configuration:
1. Workbench assembly: A workbench composed of profile table legs, table panels, side wood boards, mesh baffles, and universal wheels. Tr*nees can freely install refrigeration components on it. 6. Power box: This module is m*nly composed of electrical control box, leakage circuit breaker, emergency stop switch, signal indicator, intermediate relay, fuse holder, fuse, aviation socket, nylon waterproof connector, power 2.3 plug, power 3 plug, other installation accessories, etc.
7. Practical tr*ning electric control box: This module is m*nly composed of an electric control box, a temperature display area, an instrument display area, an operation control area, an emergency stop switch, a normally closed contact group, a two-position knob switch, a normally open contact group, a signal indicator light, a fuse holder, a fuse, a nylon waterproof joint, an electronic thermostat, a flat lock, a power plug, and other installation accessories. 8. Refrigeration components: It is m*nly composed of a condensing unit, a high and low pressure switch, an internal balanced expansion valve, a check valve, a solenoid valve, a drying filter, a liquid sight glass, a crankcase pressure regulating valve and an energy regulating valve.
9. Assembly table The assembly table consists of a table body, a tool cabinet, and a table top, and is used as an assembly platform for electrical and mechanical structures. The table body is made of cold-rolled steel plate by bending and welding, and assembled and connected after spraying. The assembly table has a preset power socket expansion hole, and a power socket can be installed according to the purpose. The entire assembly table can be disassembled and assembled at will, which is convenient for transportation and installation. The tool cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate by bending and welding. The tool cabinet has multiple drawers for storing tools and is placed on one side of the bottom of the assembly table. The table top is made of 25mm thick high-density medium-density fiberboard with fireproof board on the outside, and PVC cross-section edge sealing. 10. Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be operated through the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons . When the line is connected, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the cover. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, and the PLC control function is added. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button. Write two forward and reverse programs. There are 12 ladder diagram symbols in total. After writing, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. If there are component, line connection, and code errors, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
3. Single-chip microcomputer control: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the single-chip microcomputer control function added. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit the verification successfully, turn on the power to operate, and the component, line connection, and code errors will pop up an error box, and the scene can be reset at any time
