The basic structure of the elevator:
1. Machine room part: The reduction motor realizes the up and down movement of the elevator.
2. Hoistway part: including guide r*ls, counterweight mechanism , car, floor call indicator controller, traction rope, guide wheel, first floor leveling sensor, upper (lower) limit switch, upper (lower) limit switch, accompanying cable, car controller, buffer, etc.
3. Electrical control part: power *r switch (leakage release), DC24V drive power supply, PLC programmable controller, wiring port circuit board.
The elevator car position detection and electrical floor selection signals are obt*ned by the bistable magnetic switches installed on the top of the car and at each floor station, thus getting rid of the complex circuit system controlled by relays and contact switches and other contact devices in the past, optimizing the circuit, greatly improving the reliability of system operation, and facilitating m*ntenance.
A. Spring buffer device for car and counterweight
The buffer is a safety device at the elevator's extreme position. When the elevator f*ls and causes the car or counterweight to hit the bottom or top, the car or counterweight hits the spring buffer, which absorbs the energy of the elevator, thereby safely slowing the car or counterweight down until it stops.
B. Terminal limit switch safety protection system
Terminal limit switches are installed at the top and bottom of the elevator shaft. When the elevator loses control due to a malfunction and the car hits the top or bottom, the terminal limit switch cuts off the control circuit and stops the car.

D. Virtual simulation software for installation and m*ntenance of elevators and escalators: The software adopts the form of three-dimensional simulation to cultivate students' hands-on ability. The software is designed based on C# and JS language programming. The models in the software are all 3D models made by 3Dmax and rendered and polished to make the models look the same as real parts. There are tool libraries, component libraries, and labor protection supplies libraries. Internal tools are optional, and the default positions and abandoned steps can be restored. The following three-dimensional experiments can be carried out: m*ntenance device installation position operation, m*ntenance speed answering, m*ntenance operation, safety clamp installation, measuring the gap between the safety clamp and the guide r*l working surface, gap adjustment operation, escalator step installation, step auxiliary wheel installation, step tightening operation, step installation inspection, selection of sill groove center line, and assembly of other sill components.
