The three-dimensional warehouse tr*ning device is a set of products with practical operation and experimental functions designed and completed based on the actual three-dimensional warehouse (elevated warehouse) used in actual industrial production, and with corresponding reduction and appropriate simplification. This device uses various common items as "warehouse" access objects, and can complete classification, outbound, and warehousing work through advanced control. The host computer control software developed using Visual Bisic6.0 programming software manages the entry and exit of access objects and other work.

Configuration
The three-dimensional warehouse tr*ning system includes a tr*ning platform , warehouse racks, Siemens 224PLC (transistor), stepper motor and driver, control panel, switching power supply, etc.
Experimental bench : Made of aluminum alloy, simple, durable and beautiful;
Storage rack: including a five-row, four-layer rack assembled from aluminum alloy and a separate storage rack;
PLC: The type and model of PLC can be specifically selected by the school . It is recommended to use Siemens S7-200CPU224 DC/DC/DC, 14 inputs/10 outputs, transistor output type, with 2 PTO pulse outputs.
Stepper motor and drive: the left and right movements of taking the shelf drive the stepper motor; the up and down movements of taking the shelf drive the stepper motor.
DC motor: complete the extending and retracting movements of taking the shelf, DC 24V, with reducer;
switching power supply: convert 220V AC into 24V DC power supplies the entire system circuit;
control panel: consists of emergency stop switch, automatic/manual selection switch and manual operation button to complete automatic and manual control operations of the elevated warehouse;
computer: prepared by the purchaser.
