1. System Overview

 The "Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing System Tr*ning Device" is designed according to the relevant standards of the "Automatic Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing System Design Specifications". The system has a typical structure of a sprinkler fire extinguishing system and can complete demonstration tr*ning projects such as fire detection, fire alarm, and on-site fire extinguishing. At the same time, it can also clearly display the typical equipment composition and system working principle of the sprinkler fire extinguishing system. Through the operation and learning of this device, students can have a comprehensive understanding of the structure of the sprinkler fire extinguishing system in the building , master the application of the m*n fire extinguishing equipment inside the building Water Supply and Dr*nage Systems", and "Building Fire Control Systems". 2. 1. Fire extinguishing control cabinet

(1) Fire extinguishing controller

The fire extinguishing controller uses a single-chip microcomputer as the m*n controller to detect the status of smoke detectors, water flow indicators, signal butterfly valves, and pressure switches, and outputs alarms, sound and light alarms, and starts the sprinkler pump in the automatic state. The host computer monitoring function can be realized through the serial port and software, and the local control and linkage control switching function can be realized at the same time.

(2) Fire extinguishing control cabinet

The fire extinguishing control cabinet is composed of a power switch, a voltage source indicator, a status indicator light (smoke detector, water flow indicator, signal butterfly valve, pressure switch), an audible and visual alarm, a manual control device and other parts. It can complete the functions of the sprinkler fire extinguishing system, such as power control, status indication, fire alarm, automatic fire extinguishing, and manual fire extinguishing control. It also has a linkage control interface and can accept linkage control signals from other fire alarm systems.

2. Sprinkler fire extinguishing system model

The m*n components of the model, such as the frame and water tank, are all made of st*nless steel to ensure that they will not rust or age, and can simulate the sprinkler fire extinguishing system of a two-story building. Virtual simulation software for electrical installation of buildings and intelligent buildings (fire protection module)

Based on Unity3D design, users can choose different sizes of interactive interfaces according to their computer configurations, and can choose six levels of image quality. The equipment includes: sprinklers, water flow indicators, signal butterfly valves, exhaust valves, fire alarm controls, high-pressure gauges, high-level water tanks, Wia control cabinets, pressure-stabilizing tanks, flow switches, terminal water testing devices, dr*nage facilities, water pump connectors, hydraulic alarms, timers, wet alarms, butterfly valves, check valves, fire pumps, safety pressure-stabilizing valves, and fire water tanks.

3. Principle demonstration: Demonstrate the working principle of the wet alarm system, 3D animation demonstration, 3D model is semi-transparent, and the internal water flow can be seen. Equipped with practice module (built-in 4 multiple-choice questions, with prompts for correct and wrong choices)

4. Design layout: There are multiple-choice questions and calculation questions. Each question has a score. The correct answer and score will be displayed after submission.

B. Gas fire extinguishing system

2. Equipment recognition: It has the best viewing angle, equipment det*ls (displaying the introduction or parameters of the equipment), exercises (8 built-in multiple-choice questions, with prompts for correct and incorrect choices), and schematic diagrams (you can enter the equipment from the schematic diagram). The equipment includes: nozzles, HFC-227 storage bottles, bottle head valves, heptafluoropropane check valves, high-pressure hoses, gas check valves, safety valves, weighing alarms, electromagnetic starters, selector valves, smoke alarms, and fire alarm controllers.

3. Principle demonstration: Demonstrate the working principle of the gas fire extinguishing system, 3D animation demonstration, 3D model is semi-transparent, and the internal gas can be seen. Equipped with practice module (3 built-in multiple-choice questions, with prompts for correct and wrong choices)

4. Design layout: There are 6 multiple-choice questions, each with a score. The correct answer and score will be displayed after submission.

C. Escape drill: Teaching is conducted in the form of a fun game. Players must escape from the burning room within a limited time. If they make a mistake, they will directly enter the score interface.
