The device adopts the engineering object system design tr*ning model according to the characteristics of water supply and dr*nage engineering systems in residential and industrial sites in the building industry . Through the operation tr*ning of this device, students can be assessed on their comprehensive ability to master the installation and control of water supply and dr*nage equipment, such as pipe cutting and connection, pipeline installation, equipment installation, electrical installation, equipment wiring, programming control, troubleshooting, etc.; at the same time, it can cultivate students' teamwork ability, work efficiency, quality awareness, safety awareness, professional ethics and professional accomplishment.
2. System structure and composition
The overall water supply and dr*nage object model is designed with a st*nless steel frame. The m*n water supply and dr*nage pipeline equipment is installed on the steel frame base and has an open feature. It consists of five parts: domestic water supply system, fire water supply system, hot water supply system, dr*nage system and control system.
The domestic water supply system m*nly consists of water supply tank, water supply pump, water supply pipeline, pressure transmitter, pulse water meter, faucet and shower head, etc. The pipeline is designed with st*nless steel composite pipe, which can be cut, installed and tested for water flow. The control system can realize the variable frequency constant pressure water supply function of the domestic water supply system, and realize the functions of single pump variable frequency control or double pump switching control, etc. The pulse water meter can measure the water consumption.
The fire water supply system m*nly consists of water supply tank, sprinkler pump, pressure regulating tank, wet alarm valve, pressure switch, water flow indicator, fire water supply pipeline, closed sprinkler head, etc. The pipeline is designed with galvanized pipe, which can be cut, threaded, installed and tested for water flow, and the sprinkler fire extinguishing function can be realized through the control system.
The hot water supply system m*nly consists of electric heating boilers, hot water supply pipes, faucets and shower heads, etc. The pipeline is designed with PPR pipes, which can be cut, welded, installed and tested for water flow, and the boiler can be temperature-controlled.
The dr*nage system m*nly consists of sewage tank, liquid level sensor , dr*nage pump, dr*nage pipe and water treatment unit. The dr*nage pipeline is m*nly designed with UPVC pipe, which can be cut, bonded, installed and tested for water flow. Combined with the control system, it can realize the functions of sewage tank water level detection and dr*nage pump start and stop control.
The automatic control system for water supply and dr*nage m*nly consists of electrical control cabinet, touch screen, operation switch, working status indicator light, PLC controller, frequency converter, low voltage electrical, water pump, water meter, sensor (float level gauge, pressure switch, water flow indicator, signal butterfly valve, pressure transmitter), configuration monitoring software, etc. The control system can realize the automatic control function of the water supply and dr*nage system.
The whole room is equipped with a set of teaching courseware: the system has at least 13 processor-related experimental projects built in, and supports instructions exported by programming software. In the experiment, the operation of the processor can be observed and the run/stop switch needs to be used when running or stopping. There are also four simulation status indicators on the panel, including power, operation status, internal power, and error, to simulate the operation status. The imported programming instructions can also be viewed on the panel, and the function of repeated loading of programs is supported. Rectangles, circles, rounded rectangles, str*ght lines, str*ght lines with arrows, and text can be drawn. At the same time, operations such as clearing and deleting can be performed.
