The *r source heat pump heat engine tr*ning and assessment device is a product developed in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Revitalizing the 21st Century Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Textbook Construction Plan" and the teaching and tr*ning requirements of vocational education. Heat pump technology is one of the effective measures to recover and utilize low-level heat energy. Research and promotion of heat pump technology is of great significance for energy conservation. With the development of refrigeration technology in recent years, heat pump technology has been increasingly widely used in China.
1. Device features
1. The system unit is equipped with multiple protections such as high and low pressure protection system, overload protection, phase loss protection, defrost function, etc. to ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the system without affecting the teaching curriculum.
2. The whole system adopts fully automatic intelligent control, which is easy to operate. The water temperature, water level, opening, closing and time can be freely set by the user. The whole machine adopts the automatic memory function of power f*lure, which does not need to be repeated every time, which is convenient and practical.
3. This experimental device uses a compressor and a heat exchanger forged from high-quality copper parts, which has high heat exchange efficiency and is safe and reliable. The water tank adopts advanced brushed silver technology, combining fashion with top technology. The equipment has beautiful appearance. The inner tank is made of 304 st*nless steel, which is durable and not easy to corrode or damage.
4. The system adopts industrial *r source heat pump hot water unit, which is consistent with the actual industrial equipment, so that teaching can be integrated with practical application. The outdoor host adopts thickened sheet metal p*nt type, which can withstand different experimental environments, work effectively for a long time, and will not rust or corrode.

6. The tr*ning device intuitively displays the system structure and working principle of the heat pump water heater. The bidirectional electronic control system can realize the energy-saving control and automatic flow adjustment of bidirectional heat pump function, cold storage control, *r-conditioning refrigeration unit, frequency conversion unit and central *r-conditioning unit.
2) Software control can control the temperature of the system online, read the flow opening of the unit's refrigeration refrigerant at the optimal temperature system, and adjust the superheat and subcooling of the refrigeration unit. The left side of the text display interface displays the current unit's operating data in real time in the form of text. In the upper part of the right side of the interface, the communication information is displayed, including the communication role and the setting value of the communication port and the current communication status. In the lower part of the right side of the interface, "Data Information", it displays which data frame is currently received, the address of the received data frame, and other information. 3) System matching debugging control software requirements:
A) 4-way real-time temperature display: The controller simultaneously detects the temperature of the system's refrigeration multiple points to control the unit's subcooling/superheating.
B) Real-time display of valve opening: The control object is set to a maximum opening of 500P. The minimum opening can be set for the refrigerant flow of the refrigeration system.
C), 24-way parameter control parameter setting: All the temperature parameters, time parameters, control parameters, and other 24 parameters related to control in the controller can be adjusted to adapt to refrigeration/heat pump/cold storage/water machine and other equipment.
D), automatic adjustment: The equipment has a power-off memory function when running, keeping the current value unchanged. Ensure the valve opening under the conditions of refrigeration/heat pump/cold storage/water machine.
E), 6-way user simulation environment data input setting as shown in the figure below: During debugging, through software simulation setting, the valve opening state of the refrigeration host unit under various temperature conditions can be simulated to accumulate a large amount of data, so as to set the standard valve opening value according to the characteristics of each refrigeration unit. F), Up to 8-way equipment operation monitoring: Online monitoring of the compressor, expansion valve, temperature at each point, protection action circuit and other operating states of the unit.
G), Overcooling/heating control range: 2-15 degrees Celsius. The overcooling and overheating of the refrigeration host can be set by yourself to provide data for design.
