1. Functional requirements
Through this device, we can understand the mechanism of enthalpy difference experiment, the refrigeration system of *r reprocessing equipment , computer test system and its control method.
2. Technical index requirements
(1) Input power: three-phase AC380V±10% 50Hz, power ≥5.0KW.
(2) Condenser, heat exchange area ≥3.0m2. Finned tube evaporator.
(3) Heating water tank, volume ≥60L, heating power ≥4.0KW.
(4) Circulating hot water pump parameters: flow rate: ≥20L/min, head: ≥12m, power: ≥120W. Flowmeter range 40-400L/h.
(5) Centrifugal fan parameters: *r volume ≥2000 m3/h, *r pressure ≥1000 Pa, power ≥1.5KW.
(6) Flow meter with inclined tube micromanometer to measure flow rate: range -10-700pa.
(7) The refrigerant shall be R22 or a refrigerant with the same performance. The evaporation pressure gauge shall be 0.1-2.5MPa and the condensation pressure gauge shall be 0.1-1.6MPa.
(8) The experimental *r duct shall be divided into the *r outlet section, the experimental section, the test section, etc.
(9) The measurement system shall be equipped with an intelligent temperature control instrument and a high-precision voltage regulating module circuit.
