1. Experimental purpose:
The composting technology of organic solid waste is one of the most commonly used solid waste biological conversion technologies, and it is one of the important ways to stabilize and harmlessly treat solid waste.
Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Deepen the understanding of aerobic composting of garbage;
2. Understand the various influencing factors and control measures of the aerobic composting process of garbage.
2. Experimental principle:
Aerobic composting of garbage is to transform organic waste under aerobic conditions by relying on the action of aerobic microorganisms. The soluble organic matter in organic waste can be directly absorbed by microorganisms through the cell wall and cell membrane of microorganisms, and the insoluble colloidal organic matter is first adsorbed outside the microorganism, and then decomposed into soluble substances by the extracellular enzymes secreted by microorganisms, and then penetrated into the cells. Microorganisms carry out decomposition and anabolism through their own life activities, oxidize part of the absorbed organic matter into simple inorganic substances, and release the energy required for biological growth and activity; convert another part of the organic matter into new cell substances, so that microorganisms can reproduce and produce more organisms.
