1. Working principle of the experimental measurement device:
True density True density is one of the important physical properties of dust. The size of the true density of dust directly affects the sedimentation or suspension of dust in the gas. The true density of dust is an essential basic data when designing and selecting dust collectors, designing pneumatic conveying devices for powder materials, and measuring the mass dispersion of dust. The principle of measuring the true density of dust is: first weigh a cert*n amount of sample with a balance (that is, find its mass), then put it into a specific gravity bottle, soak the dust with liquid, and then put it into a vacuum dryer to evacuate the *r in the gaps between dust particles, so as to obt*n the volume of the dust sample under the true density condition. The true density of dust can be calculated based on mass and volume.
