1. Experimental purpose:
Through the experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the basic operation process of anaerobic, aerobic, and "MBR" membrane filtration multifunctional sewage treatment.
2. Deepen the understanding and basic principles of the process.
3. Master the technical parameters and practical knowledge of the process.
4. The device adopts the A/O method biochemical treatment process in the front and the membrane filtration method in the back, and the effluent can be reused as recl*med water. The
sewage flows into the water distribution tank after the large granular and fibrous impurities are removed by the grid. Then it is metered into the anaerobic tank by a pump for acidification and hydrolysis. This stage m*nly makes the sewage homogenous, and uses the characteristics of short generation, poor activity, and easy reproduction and growth of facultative anaerobic bacteria to hydrolyze the macromolecular organic matter that is not easy to degrade into small molecules and soluble compounds; initially degrade organic matter, complete denitrification at the same time, and finally eliminate nitrogen pollution. The sewage flows into the aerated contact oxidation tank with fillers.
