1. Scope of application:
The A/O biochemical treatment process includes two stages: anoxic acidification and contact oxidation. It is suitable for the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater . The entire treatment system is m*nly composed of a grille, a water tank regulating tank, an aerated grit tank, an acidification tank, a contact oxidation tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a sludge concentration tank, a fan, a pump, etc.
Its process principle:
the sewage flows into the regulating tank by gravity after removing large particles and fibrous impurities through the grille, and then enters the aerated grit tank and the acidification tank through a pump for acidification and hydrolysis (a stirring device is provided in the tank). This stage m*nly makes the sewage uniform, and uses the characteristics of short generation, strong activity, and easy reproduction and growth of facultative anaerobic bacteria to hydrolyze the macromolecular organic matter that is not easy to degrade into small molecules and soluble compounds, and initially degrade the organic matter. At the same time, denitrification is completed, and nitrogen pollution is finally eliminated.
The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device that m*nly uses the biofilm method and the activated sludge method. Through fans and oxygenated aeration, the organic matter in the sewage is fully contacted with the biofilm in the pool, and the adsorption and degradation function of aerobic bacteria is utilized to further degrade small molecules and soluble compounds into carbon dioxide and water; then it enters the secondary sedimentation tank to remove the peeled biofilm and activated sludge, and the water flows into the sand filter column for filtration, and the effluent flows into the clear water tank, which can be pumped out for reuse, and part of the sludge can be returned to the regulating tank.
