1. Product Overview
The comprehensive tr*ning platform for water environment monitoring and treatment technology can meet the experimental tr*ning teaching of environmental-related majors such as "water environment monitoring and treatment", "environmental monitoring and control technology", "environmental engineering technology", "clean production and emission reduction technology", and " water supply and dr*nage engineering technology" offered by vocational colleges, and meet environmental protection standards. The tr*ning platform should adopt a modular combination design to form at least five modules: water supply process, A/O process, A2/O process, SBR process, and MSBR process. Each module should be able to be tr*ned independently or combined into a variety of sewage treatment processes for comprehensive tr*ning. The platform should adopt a variety of control methods, which can be operated manually or automatically. Through the operation of the tr*ning platform, students can be assessed on the selection of relevant sewage treatment system solutions, process design, equipment and component installation, pipeline connection, power and control circuit design and connection, water treatment process system whole machine debugging, and operation capabilities.
II. System requirements
1. Good materials: The object frame is made of at least 50mm×50mm st*nless steel square tube material, the organic glass device is made of at least 10mm thick light blue organic glass, the m*n pipeline is made of st*nless steel lined plastic composite pipe, the pipeline connector is made of copper galvanized material, and the card sleeve connection method is adopted. Other pipelines are transparent PU pipelines, and the connection adopts quick plug-in method.
2. Convenient to move: The bottom of the device is equipped with a universal wheel with brake.
3. Strong integrity: All components of the device are reasonably distributed and fixed on the st*nless steel frame, and the object and control system are designed in an integrated manner.
4. Safety protection: It has leakage voltage and leakage current protection devices, and its safety meets national standards; the mixer at the bottom of the steel frame is equipped with an organic glass waterproof protective cover to ensure safe operation.
5. Strong functionality: This system modularizes the organic glass reactor. During practical tr*ning, the relevant components can be selectively installed according to the corresponding functions of the organic glass reactor. The system can be connected to different water treatment processes through PU pipes, which is convenient for students to design pipeline connections for the process. It is easy to control and has two modes: automatic control and CRT manual control. The wiring of the electric control cabinet adopts wire plug-in connection, which is convenient and safe.
6. Strong expandability: A2/O system components are equipped with at least 18 expansion joints, and SBR system components are equipped with at least 10 expansion joints. You can select different expansion joints to tr*n various water treatment processes.
7. Strong controllability: The system can control the speed of the mixer according to the DO value; control the start and stop of the water pump according to the pH value; and control the operation of the system according to the liquid level. 8.

4. System composition and function
The comprehensive tr*ning platform for water environment monitoring and treatment technology consists of at least four parts: water supply system, object system, online monitoring system and control system. The monitoring software is matched with the host, using field bus sensors , using open field bus and industrial Ethernet to realize field data collection and information communication, and receiving field sensor detection signals with flexible and diverse distributed IO, which enhances the accuracy and flexibility of the system.
1. Control system: It is m*nly composed of electrical control cabinet, leakage protector, touch screen, knob switch, button, working status indicator, PLC programmable controller, relay, configuration monitoring software, etc., which can form a variety of process control system circuits according to the different plug-in connections of wires.
2. Water supply system: It is m*nly composed of st*nless steel large water tank, st*nless steel bracket, water tank level indicator and water inlet valve, etc., which are used for water source storage, configuration and supply.
3. Object system: The overall object platform of the device is designed with a st*nless steel frame. The m*n power system components are installed on the steel frame base. A st*nless steel sealing plate is welded on the upper part of the base. There are several small holes on the sealing plate to facilitate the dr*nage of accumulated water. The m*n organic glass reactor is reasonably arranged and installed on the upper and lower layers of the st*nless steel frame. It can be connected into a variety of water treatment process systems through st*nless steel composite pipes and PU pipes.

4. Online monitoring system: m*nly composed of DO online instruments and sensors, PH online instruments and sensors, float liquid level switches, etc., which can realize the control of mixers, water pumps, fans, valves, etc.
