1. Experimental purpose and principle: The task
of water treatment is to improve the quality of water so that it meets the water quality standards for drinking water and industrial production water.
This device is a pre-pump dosing device. It uses the pump impeller to quickly mix and disperse the agent quickly and evenly in the water, dissolve it immediately, and react chemically to form micro-fluid bodies in the colloidal impurities in the water. This process can be completed within 10 to 30 seconds (no more than 2 minutes at low water temperature). In order to make the impurity particles sink quickly, particles with larger particle size (0.6 to 1.0 mm), sufficient weight and strength (not easy to break) must also be used. The task of the reaction stage is to create hydraulic conditions so that the micro-fluid can be coagulated into "alum flowers" visible to the naked eye within a cert*n period of time, and then enter the sedimentation tank for sedimentation. The sedimentation tank uses a 60° inclined plate sedimentation tank, which m*nly removes suspended particles that can be removed by force sedimentation. According to the shallow pool theory, when suspended particles settle freely, the shallower the pool depth, the smaller the sinking rate of the suspended particles that can be intercepted, and the larger the suspended particles that can be intercepted. This theory is applicable to the pre-sedimentation tank for water
supply and dr*nage treatment. The process flow of this water plant and its theoretical and technical research enable students to achieve the following goals:
