1. System Overview
The variable frequency constant pressure water supply system tr*ning device integrates PLC , variable frequency speed regulation, process control , and engineering configuration technology. It consists of two major parts: a six-story residential fire protection and living water supply system (physical model ) and a control platform, including programmable controllers, frequency converters, variable frequency magnetic drive pumps, dormant pumps, fire pumps, pressure transmitters, pressure instruments, water pipelines, fire hydrants, household faucets, water storage tanks and other engineering equipment. The control platform adopts an open control structure of PLC+frequency converter, which can complete floor constant pressure water supply tr*ning in multiple modes, and provide an open operating platform for teaching and research on variable frequency constant pressure water supply technology. It is a comprehensive tr*ning device suitable for electrical automation, building automation, building electrical, intelligent building and other majors in universities and secondary and higher vocational colleges.
2. System
Features The control platform adopts the open control structure of PLC+frequency converter, provides configuration software and PLC development environment, allows students to design control schemes by themselves, and has strong flexibility. The
control platform has multiple protection mechanisms such as thermal overload protection, overcurrent protection, leakage protection, grounding protection, power frequency and frequency conversion interlocking control.
The control system can simulate the real water supply system, with two control modes: automatic control and manual control. When the automatic control f*ls, the system is operated by manual control.
All control objects are made of st*nless steel and plexiglass devices to ensure that they will not rust or age; simulate the water supply system of a six-story building, with two waterway models of domestic water system and fire water system; the power system consists of four water pumps, including two conventional variable frequency circulation pumps, one dormant small pump, and one fire pump, which can simulate conventional domestic water supply systems, fire water supply systems, and nighttime small flow water supply systems, and can vividly simulate the typical structure of the building's water supply and dr*nage system. Virtual simulation software for electrical installation of

Building tr*ning table
The tr*ning table is made of iron double-layer matte dense spray structure. The tabletop is fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board. It has a solid structure and a rectangular closed structure with beautiful appearance. It has two large drawers and cabinet doors for placing tools and storing materials. The desktop is used to install the power control panel and provide a spacious and comfortable work surface. The tr*ning table is also equipped with four universal wheels and fixed adjustment mechanisms for easy movement and fixing.
PLC
PLC uses Omron CP series controller and HostLink communication protocol, providing a PLC development environment, allowing students to design control solutions by themselves.
(1) Constant pressure water supply for domestic water supply network
(2) Timed pressure control based on d*ly cycle can be realized to meet the demand of water supply pressure change
(3) The dormant small pump can be started at night to achieve maximum energy saving and realize domestic water supply under small flow
(4) In the case of fire alarm, the fire pump can be automatically started to complete the constant pressure water supply under fire mode
(5) PID control with host computer system can be realized
Manual control device
The control system adopts manual control and automatic control. The manual controller is very important in practical engineering applications. The addition of this device has the following functions:
(1) When the automatic controller f*ls, the manual control system can ensure the reliable operation of the system
(2) Before the system is put into automatic control, the manual controller can be used to check the operating conditions of the power line and power equipment, and reliably protect the PLC and inverter equipment
