1. Overview

The system includes the installation of galvanized steel pipes, PPR hot melt pipes, high-density PE floor heating pipes, PVC dr*nage pipes and other pipes. During the installation process, various pipe joints are generally used for threaded connection, special accessories connection, hot melt connection, adhesive connection, and pipe crimping machines can also be used for joints. Among various building components, the installation and fixing of pipes is an important part of work skills. The installation of terminal accessories such as faucets and angle valves, sanitary facilities and heating equipment is equally important, including showers, wash basins, toilet sanitary facilities, heating packs, radiators, etc., and relevant knowledge and skills of pipes and heating should be possessed.

(4) Correctly select the specifications and quantity of pipe supports and pipe clamps to ensure correct installation.
(5) Correctly select the supports for sanitary facilities or heating appliances to ensure correct installation.
(6) Pre-fabricate pipe components as required to facilitate installation.
3) Pipe structure
(1) Use the given materials and select the best solution to ensure the completion of the module task.
(2) Reduce or avoid the generation of scrap and waste.
(3) Determine the correct position for cutting pipe materials.
(4) Select a suitable and safe method for pipe cutting
(5) Use a specific joint method to complete the fixing of pipe components.
(6) Install, connect and test the finished pipe engineering module.
4) Equipment installation
(1) Install sanitary facilities and heating equipment on the installed supports.
(2) Install pipe components on the installed supports and pipe clamps.
