1. Overview The
refrigeration equipment and PLC control tr*ning and assessment device is a product developed and researched according to the teaching requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Revitalizing the 21st Century Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Textbook Construction Plan" and the teaching and tr*ning requirements of vocational schools.
The device is suitable for the practical tr*ning teaching of "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Machinery and Equipment", "Installation, Operation and M*ntenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Devices", " Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Automation", "Air Conditioning Regulation and Technology Application ", "Cold Storage Engineering and Operation Management", "Cold Storage Refrigeration Technology" and other majors in colleges, secondary vocational schools and undergraduate colleges, as well as the identification and assessment of intermediate and senior workers in the refrigeration major.
2. Device Features
1. The tr*ning device has electric traction control, PC control and touch screen control modes, equipped with temperature sensors and acquisition modules, and can collect data .
2. Strong intuitiveness: The device adopts an open design, the control circuit and refrigeration pipeline system are directly displayed, and the devices are labeled with names, so that students can intuitively recognize various devices.
3. Strong tr*ning: It can carry out the whole process of cold storage circuit control, electrical industrial park automation tr*ning, refrigeration system and defrosting system.
III. Basic configuration and function
The tr*ning device is m*nly composed of a control console, a host tr*ning module, a temperature and sensor acquisition module and a tr*ning module.
1. Power control part
(1) AC power supply: It provides the three-phase AC power required for the control panel to work, which can be controlled by the m*n power switch. It is equipped with three pointer-type AC voltmeters, which respectively indicate the input three-phase grid voltage value.
(2) Safety protection system: It is equipped with voltage leakage protection, current leakage protection, overcurrent protection, overload protection, and grounding protection, which can effectively protect people and equipment.
2. Measuring instruments
(1) Pointer voltmeter: Range 0~450V
(2) Using PT100 sensor, the measurement range is -50~150℃
3. Host tr*ning module: It is equipped with an upgraded host and a matching PC/PPI programming cable. It can carry out separate PLC tr*ning and touch screen tr*ning; through the configuration software, users can carry out secondary development and simulate by connecting to PLC.
4. Touch screen tr*ning module: equipped with 7-inch STN256 color touch screen, one RS-485 communication port (communication with PLC), and one RS-232 communication port
5. Tr*ning table
The tr*ning table is an iron double-layer matte dense spray structure. The desktop is a fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board with a solid structure and beautiful appearance. It is equipped with two large drawers for placing tools and materials. The desktop is used to install the power control panel and provide a spacious and comfortable work surface. The tr*ning table also has four universal wheels for easy movement and fixation.
6. Electrical control cabinet part: This part includes control relays, AC contactors, thermal protection relays, etc.
7. The control panel is on the door of the electrical control cabinet, providing various buttons, voltmeters, ammeters, indicator lights, etc.
8. To protect the various electrical components used in the cold storage electrical equipment: such as switches, voltmeters, ammeters, indicator lights, etc. Various protection indicator lights and various control buttons are connected to special wiring terminals with wires. During use, they only need to be directly connected with wires, which will not damage the components in the system and are durable.
9. In order to avoid the loss and damage of the component wiring diagram, the electrical panel on the panel is sprayed with a red wiring diagram, which is consistent with the component wiring diagram.
10. Intelligent assessment system:
The digital integrated circuit board using the latest MCU technology RAM processing chip and the matching wireless fault setting control system are stable and not easy to be infected with viruses.
1) The control module (PC control terminal or handheld mobile control terminal) and the drive module (intelligent fault setting drive box) are separated to avoid complex wiring interference to the controller, making the system more reliable.
2) The drive module has a built-in intelligent fault setting control system, equipped with a dedicated new wireless data transmission module (pluggable type) and RS232 serial communication interface, which can communicate wirelessly and RS232 wired.
3) The handheld mobile control terminal uses a 7-inch high-definition color LCD touch screen, a Chinese menu-style touch operation interface, and a friendly human-computer dialogue. The handheld mobile control terminal can control any tr*ning equipment with a drive module.
4) When the handheld mobile control terminal is not connected to the Internet, it can be operated as a single machine. When the tr*ning equipment with the driver module is wirelessly networked, the handheld mobile control terminal can be wirelessly connected to the Internet as a network terminal. It can be used as an operation terminal for students to log in to the tr*ning and assessment, and it can also be used as an operation terminal for teachers to log in to set questions and set faults.
5) Tr*ning and assessment can be carried out through a PC or tablet computer control terminal, or through a handheld mobile control terminal. The teacher and student interfaces are separated. The teacher enters the teacher interface with a password to set questions, and the students answer questions in the ordinary interface. (Note: The schematic diagram of the teacher and student setting and troubleshooting interface is completely consistent with the schematic diagram of the equipment panel)
6) Various common faults related to any one place can be freely set. The fault types include: line break, short circuit to ground, poor contact, occasional faults, etc. Each set of driver modules can set 8 open circuit faults of large current 5A and 16 open circuit, poor, occasional, short circuit and other faults of small current 2A signal paths, a total of 24 fault settings. According to the needs, it can be expanded to set 64 open circuit faults with a large current of 5A and 128 open circuit, bad, occasional, short circuit and other faults of the signal path with a small current of 2A, with a total of 192 fault settings. The number of fault setting points and the type of fault setting can be adjusted according to user requirements.
7) All tr*ning equipment equipped with a drive module can be wirelessly networked through the built-in special new wireless data transmission module to achieve remote centralized management.
11. Control software (including central *r conditioning/cold storage): The software consists of two software: central *r conditioning control software and cold storage control software. The system can write and read data in the PLC through the computer. The software can simulate the control method of the central *r conditioning or cold storage, such as cooling water pump. 16. Single chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software:
This software is developed based on unity3d, with built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be operated through the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons . In the connection line state, the three-dimensional machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
1. Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the lid. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
2. PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, and the PLC control function is added. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button. Write two forward and reverse programs. There are 12 ladder diagram symbols in total. After writing, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. Components, line connections, and code errors will pop up error boxes. The scene can be reset at any time.
3. Single-chip microcomputer control: The experiment is the same as the relay control, with the single-chip microcomputer control function added. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit the verification successfully, turn on the power to operate, and the component, line connection, and code errors will pop up an error box, and the scene can be reset at any time.
