1. Product Overview This device is a tr*ning device specially developed for refrigeration
-related majors in vocational colleges . According to the characteristics of *r-conditioning and refrigerator m*ntenance technology in the refrigeration industry, it is designed for the electrical control of *r-conditioning and refrigerators and the installation and m*ntenance of refrigeration systems, which strengthens students' comprehensive professional abilities such as installation of *r-conditioning and refrigerator system pipelines, electrical wiring, system debugging, fault diagnosis and m*ntenance. The device integrates technologies such as fluid mechanics , thermodynamics, heat transfer and electrical control, and is suitable for teaching and tr*ning of refrigeration-related majors. This device consists of an *r-conditioning system module, a refrigerator system module, a power supply and instrumentation module, an *r-conditioning electrical control module, a refrigerator electronic temperature control electrical control module, and a refrigerator intelligent temperature control electrical control module. Through project tr*ning with this device, students' teamwork ability, planning and organization ability, installation and debugging ability of refrigeration systems, electrical control circuit m*ntenance ability, communication ability, professional quality and safety awareness can be tested. II. Air conditioning system: including *r conditioning compressor, indoor heat exchanger, outdoor heat exchanger, four-way reversing valve, throttling device, sight glass, *r conditioning valve, etc. 4. Refrigerator system: including refrigerator compressor, wire condenser, freezer evaporator, refrigerator evaporator, throttling device, sight glass, solenoid valve, dry filter, etc. 5. Electrical control system: It adopts modular design, including power supply and instrument module, heat pump *r conditioner electrical control module, refrigerator electronic temperature control module, and refrigerator intelligent temperature control module. 6. Power supply and instrument module: single-phase three-wire 220V AC power supply. 1 AC voltmeter, measuring range: 0~250V; 1 AC ammeter, measuring range 0~5A, used to measure the system startup current and monitor the normal working current of the system. 7.
