1. Overview The
distributed process control comprehensive experimental device (Process Control System, PCS for short) imitates common physical quantities in modern industrial production processes, such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and other parameters, to measure, control and analyze them. 2. Product structure and features:
(1) Three water tank configuration; two-way water supply system.

(7) Boiler heating program-controlled protection system
A. The boiler heating inner tank is equipped with a water level protection device. If the water level does not reach a cert*n height, the control system cannot control the operation of the thyristor voltage regulator.
B. The power control switch of the electric heating tube adopts a key switch. When not experimenting, the teacher will protect and place the key to avoid misoperation by unrelated personnel.
