The system organically combines fluid transportation and pipeline disassembly and assembly systems, and cooperates with pump valves, disassembly and assembly to tr*n the basic hands-on m*ntenance and operation abilities of chemical general control and chemical equipment m*ntenance workers.
The pipeline disassembly and assembly equipment system m*nly consists of cont*ners, pumps, pipes, valves, instruments, disassembly and assembly tools, pressure testing equipment, tool and material shelves, etc. The system not only tr*ns the pipeline disassembly and assembly capabilities of chemical equipment, but also provides practical tr*ning on the installation of chemical automation instruments and the installation of pump bodies.
1. Features of the system
(1) It is used to tr*n students to disassemble and assemble common pipelines and pipe fittings in chemical production.
(2) The system facilitates the examination of students' ability to select accessories, disassembly and assembly capabilities, device operation, task completion, etc., and has corresponding judgment standards and methods.
(3) The system provides sufficient optional accessories, disassembly and assembly tools, equipment for inspection and operation, etc.
(4) Components that are often disassembled and assembled must be solid and durable, easy for students to use for a long time, and can provide updated equipment.
2. System functions
(1) Reading of flow charts.
(2) Able to accurately fill in the material list of specifications, models, quantities, etc. of pipes, pipe fittings, valves, and instruments required for pipeline installation based on the fluid transportation flow chart provided.
(3) Able to correctly receive the required materials according to the materials list.
(4) Be able to accurately list the tools and consumables required to assemble the pipeline and correctly receive the tools and consumables.
(5) Ability to assemble pipelines.
(6) Ability to perform pressure testing of pipelines.
(7) Ability to dismantle pipelines.
(8) Ability to comply with safety regulations during pipeline disassembly and assembly.
3. Pipeline disassembly and assembly tr*ning content
(1) Pipeline assembly
(a) Processing of pipe mouth threads and use of die.
(b) Install the pipeline according to the pipeline schematic diagram. During installation, ensure that the horizontal and vertical directions are not greater than 15 mm and the vertical deviation is not greater than 10 mm.
(c) When connecting flanges and threads, the parallelism and concentricity of each p*r of flanges must meet the requirements. When joining threads, the winding direction of the raw material tape must be correct and the thickness must be appropriate. When the threads and pipe fittings are engaged, they must be aligned and aligned, and the tightening force must be moderate.
(d) Installation of the valve: Before installing the valve, clean the inside and close it before installing. For directional valves, they must match the flow direction of the medium. The installed valve handwheel must be positioned for easy operation.
(e) The installation of flow meter, pressure gauge and filter shall be carried out according to the specific installation requirements. Pay attention to the flow direction, and the location of the scale should be convenient for reading.
(2) Hydraulic pressure test:
Be able to use a hand-operated pressure test pump and complete the pressure test operation according to the required pressure test procedures. There should be no leakage at all joints of the pipeline under the specified pressure and within the specified time.
(3) Pipeline disassembly
can be carried out in order, usually from top to bottom, instruments first and then valves. Pipe fittings and instruments must not be damaged during the disassembly process. Disassembled pipes, fittings, valves and instruments should be sorted and put away.
4. System configuration list

5. Mechanical tr*ning safety education virtual simulation software: This software is developed based on unity3d. A. The content of the mechanical safety distance experiment includes the safety distance experiment to prevent upper and lower limbs from touching the danger zone (divided into two fence heights and opening sizes). D. The software must be on the same platform as a whole and must not be displayed as separate resources.
At the same time, the VR installation package of this software is provided to customers to facilitate users to expand into VR experiments. VR equipment and software installation and debugging are not required.
