In order to meet the needs of practical operation, tr*ning and appr*sal of vocational education and employment personnel in China, our company has integrated the "Power Control Technology", "Electric Drag Control Line and Skills Tr*ning" and " This device was developed for the experimental and practical tr*ning teaching content of related subjects such as " Factory Electrical Control Technology" and "Relay Contact Control Technology". The device adopts a hanging box structure, and the practical tr*ning projects are highly scalable, and can expand PLC and frequency conversion speed regulation tr*ning projects. All components are led to the terminal blocks through wires, which is conducive to protecting the components, and the wires are routed through the wire trough to be close to the industrial site.

1. Features:

1. The electrical control circuits are all installed on the hanging box, which is easy to operate and replace. It can expand functions or develop new tr*ning projects.

2. The operation console only needs three-phase four-wire AC power supply to be put into use. It occupies a small area, saves space and reduces infrastructure investment.

3. Equipped with voltage type leakage protector and current type leakage protector to ensure operator safety. Each power output has a soft cut-off protection function.

4. The control panel is also equipped with a timer and alarm recorder, which provides a unified standard for the assessment of students' practical tr*ning skills.

5. All components are led to the terminal blocks through wires. Students only need to wire on the terminals when wiring, which is conducive to protecting the components and routing the wires through the wire trough to be close to the industrial site.

3. Equipment and equipment

(1) Power control screen

The control panel is made of iron with a double-layer matt dense pattern spray-plastic structure and an aluminum panel. It provides power and protection for practical tr*ning and assessment.

1. Three-phase four-wire power input, through the leakage protector, turn on the m*n switch, and the contactor operates through the start and stop buttons.

2. There are three 450V pointer AC voltmeters to indicate the three-phase power supply voltage at input; three indicator lights to indicate the connection between the tr*ning device and the external power supply.

3. Three-phase four-wire power output, with the function of overload or short-circuit of the single-chip microcomputer full-process monitoring device. Overload or short-circuit soft cut-off and alarm, the power supply can be started only after troubleshooting and reset.

4. Equipped with a timer and alarm recorder, which can be used as a clock at ordinary times. It has functions such as setting the tr*ning and assessment time, timing alarms, and cutting off the power supply. In addition, it can automatically record the total number of leakage alarms and short-circuit alarms caused by wiring or operation errors, providing a unified standard for the assessment of students' practical tr*ning skills.

(2) Tr*ning table: The table body is made of aluminum wood, and the tabletop is made of fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board, with drawers and storage cabinets.
