I. Overview

This device is a new type of motor test bench , which also has the experimental functions of three-phase asynchronous motors, stepper motors, servo motors and other motors. It also uses digital detection methods to more intuitively reflect the motor control process, and strengthens a variety of motor production and electrical control (drag) methods. It is a practical tr*ning and assessment equipment that can meet multi-level teaching. It is suitable for teaching and skills tr*ning in related majors offered by higher vocational colleges, colleges and secondary vocational colleges. At the same time, the tr*ning device can also be used as an assessment device for skill tr*ning and skill appr*sal in technical schools, vocational education centers, and vocational qualification appr*sal stations.

2. Device characteristics

3. Technical performance

4. Structural and functional characteristics

The tr*ning equipment platform adopts power control and acquisition

(1) Power control operation box

It adopts a drawer-type structure and can be pushed and hidden in the tr*ning device at ordinary times. The power control operation box provides various power supplies and detection instruments required for the entire experimental device. Cont*ns the following parts

1. AC power protection device

(1) The three-phase four-wire power supply passes through the leakage protector and short-circuit protection device, is operated by the contactor through the start and stop buttons, and is output to the safety connection socket on the panel

(2) The short-circuit protection adopts patented technology. When the U, V, and W outputs of the panel are short-circuited, the protection device will disconnect the contactor and issue an audible and visual alarm. Restart after troubleshooting and reset

2. AC power supply

(1) Three-phase adjustable AC power supply, the voltage is regulated through a 6KVA three-phase auto-coupling voltage regulator, which can output three-phase 0~450V. The adjustable AC power output is equipped with overcurrent protection.

(2) Output three-phase AC 220V special power supply for external equipment.

3. DC power supply

(1) Two adjustable DC power supplies are provided, DC 30~220V/2A, with overload and short-circuit protection functions; equipped with a special digital display meter to display the output voltage and current.

(2) One set each of 5V/2A and 24V/6A regulated DC power supplies, with short circuit protection function.

(3) A set of 0-1A steady current power supply for controlling magnetic powder brakes.

4. Measuring instruments

(1) Intelligent digital multi-function AC instrument (one)

LCD display, multi-functional power meter can measure and display commonly used power parameters in three-phase power grid systems with high precision, such as three-phase voltage and current, active power, reactive power, frequency power factor, etc. It has intuitive display, high accuracy and stability. Good, anti-vibration and other advantages. The accuracy of the power meter is 0.5, and the voltage and current ranges are 450V and 15A respectively.

Zhongren ZRDQ-ZY motor assembly and operation testing tr*ning device (Figure 1)(2) Pointer type AC ammeter (three pieces): measuring range 0-10A is used to monitor the three-phase adjustable power supply current.

(3) Digital display DC voltmeter (two): measuring range 0-300V, monitor the output voltage of the DC adjustable power supply (1) and (2) respectively.

(4) Digital display DC ammeter (two): range 0-2A, respectively monitor the output current of the DC adjustable power supply (1) (2).

(5) Digital display DC ammeter (one): range 0-1A, used to monitor the output value of the steady current source.

(5) Digital tachometer (one): range 0-9999r/min, displays the speed value measured by the speed sensor

(6) One digital display torque meter (one): range 20N.M, used to display the measured value of the torque sensor

(2) Motor mechanical carrier

The mechanical carrier of the motor adopts a steel structure. The prime mover is connected to the torque sensor through different connecting mechanisms such as elastic couplings and transmission shafts, and the prime mover is loaded through a magnetic powder brake. The m*n unit cont*ns the following components:

Brushless DC motor 500W, separately excited DC motor 123W, magnetic powder brake 20Nm, dynamic torque sensor 20Nm, three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor 370W, two-phase stepper motor, servo motor SGDV-2R8A01
