4. Structural and functional characteristics

(1) Power control operation box
It adopts a drawer-type structure and can be pushed and hidden in the tr*ning device at ordinary times. The power control operation box provides various power supplies and detection instruments required for the entire experimental device. Cont*ns the following parts
1. AC power protection device
(1) The three-phase four-wire power supply passes through the leakage protector and short-circuit protection device, is operated by the contactor through the start and stop buttons, and is output to the safety connection socket on the panel
(2) The short-circuit protection adopts patented technology. When the U, V, and W outputs of the panel are short-circuited, the protection device will disconnect the contactor and issue an audible and visual alarm. Restart after troubleshooting and reset
2. AC power supply
(1) Three-phase adjustable AC power supply, the voltage is regulated through a 6KVA three-phase auto-coupling voltage regulator, which can output three-phase 0~450V. The adjustable AC power output is equipped with overcurrent protection.

3. DC power supply
(1) Two adjustable DC power supplies are provided, DC 30~220V/2A, with overload and short-circuit protection functions; equipped with a special digital display meter to display the output voltage and current.

4. Measuring instruments
(1) Intelligent digital multi-function AC instrument (one)

The prime mover is connected to the torque sensor through different connecting mechanisms such as elastic couplings and transmission shafts, and the prime mover is loaded through a magnetic powder brake.
