I. Overview

This tr*ning device is developed and produced according to the actual needs of various colleges and universities to tr*n students in opto-mechatronics control theory, professional ability assessment and skills competition, and is in line with automated teaching and practice. This practical tr*ning device includes a wealth of electrical control technologies such as machinery , transmission, pneumatics , sensors , plc , frequency conversion speed regulation, human-machine interface, and network communications involved in professional studies such as mechatronics . It is specially designed for vocational and technical colleges. Typical mechatronics tr*ning products designed for technical schools, vocational and technical schools, vocational education and tr*ning institutions, etc. Suitable for teaching and tr*ning in mechanical manufacturing and automation, mechatronics, mechanical and electronic engineering, electrical engineering and automation, automation engineering, control engineering, computer control technology, etc. It is a highly practical experimental equipment designed to improve students' hands-on ability and practical skills. 2. Characteristics

The tr*ning system consists of five units, namely: feeding unit, conveying unit, processing unit, assembly unit and classification unit. The control system uses Siemens PLC for control, which has good flexible control, that is, each unit has a set of PLC The control system is controlled independently. After the basic unit module tr*ning is completed, two adjacent units, three units... or even five units can be connected together to learn the control, programming, assembly and debugging technology of complex systems.
