This equipment is designed according to the experimental process process in the Liaoshe Oilfield. The process is reasonable and the effect is good, so that students can achieve the following purpose after learning:

2. Experimental principle:

The insoluble colloidal organic substances are first adsorbed outside the microorganism. Extraceral enzyme secreted by microorganisms is decomposed into soluble substances, and the cells are infiltrated. Microorganisms decompose metabolism and synthetic metabolism through their own life activities, oxidize part of the absorbed organic substances into simple inorganic matter, and release the energy required for biological growth and activities; Microbial reproduction produces more organisms.
