1. Overview
The comprehensive tr*ning and assessment device for ship cold storage system is a product developed and researched according to the teaching requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Revitalizing the 21st Century Vocational Education Curriculum Reform and Textbook Construction Plan" and the teaching and tr*ning requirements of vocational schools. The device is suitable for the practical tr*ning teaching of "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Machinery and Equipment", "Installation, Operation and M*ntenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Devices", "Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Automation", "Air Conditioning Regulation and Technology Application" , " Cold Storage Engineering and Operation Management", "Cold Storage Refrigeration Technology" and other majors in electromechanical equipment installation and m*ntenance, electromechanical technology application, electrical operation and control, electrical technology application, motor and electrical appliances, refrigeration and *r conditioning equipment application and m*ntenance in colleges, secondary vocational schools and undergraduate colleges, as well as the identification and assessment of intermediate and senior workers in refrigeration majors.
2. Device Features
1. The ship cold storage tr*ning device has electric traction control, automatic control, and manual control modes, and is equipped with temperature sensors and acquisition instruments.
2. Strong intuitiveness: The ship cold storage device adopts an open design, the control circuit and refrigeration pipeline system are directly displayed, and the devices are labeled with names, so that students can intuitively recognize various devices.
3. Strong practical tr*ning: It can carry out the full-process work tr*ning of the refrigeration system and defrost system of the actual cold storage circuit control electrical industrial automation tr*ning.
4. The device is equipped with a manual expansion valve, which can replace the thermal expansion valve when the automatic thermal expansion valve is damaged.
5. Fault alarm system. When the equipment f*ls, the fault alarm system will automatically ring.
6. The high-temperature storage is equipped with an evaporator pressure regulating valve, which can freely adjust the temperature of the high-temperature storage.
7. The m*n compressor is equipped with a refrigeration energy regulating valve device, which can protect the compressor from the refrigerant flow supply when working in a single cold storage.
8. Intermediate subcooler to prevent the compressor from wet stroke and protect the compressor from excessive cooling of the return *r.
9. Refrigeration system fault simulation: In the refrigeration system, manual stop valves are installed on the high-pressure outlet, return *r pipeline, and condensation outlet, which can simulate common refrigeration faults such as high-pressure exhaust f*lure, condenser blockage, and weak suction. 10.
High-pressure and low-pressure system f*lures: The system is equipped with real high-pressure and low-pressure protectors. During the simulated f*lure process of the refrigeration pipeline, the high-pressure and low-pressure switches will be activated, thereby causing a system f*lure and starting the compressor protection circuit and stopping the m*n machine.

IV. Basic configuration and function
The tr*ning device m*nly consists of a control cabinet, a water-cooled refrigeration unit, a high-temperature assembled cold storage, a low-temperature assembled cold storage, a host tr*ning module, a coupling cooling water pump, a cooling tower, temperature and pressure sensors, etc.
1. Power control part
(1) AC power supply: Provides the three-phase AC power required for the control panel to work, which can be controlled by the m*n power switch. Equipped with three pointer-type AC voltmeters, which indicate the input three-phase grid voltage value respectively.
(2) Safety protection system: It is equipped with voltage leakage protection, current leakage protection, overcurrent protection, overload protection, and grounding protection, which can effectively protect people and equipment.
2. Measuring instruments
(1) Pointer voltmeter: range 0~450V
(2) Vacuum pressure gauge: range -0.1~1.5Mpa
(3) Vacuum pressure gauge: range -0.1~3.5Mpa

3. Small cold storage consists of a compressor unit:
including a 3.5HP Bitzer closed refrigeration compressor, a water-cooled condenser, a liquid sight glass, a drying filter, a liquid supply solenoid valve, an automatic thermal expansion valve, a manual expansion valve, an analog hand valve, temperature and pressure instruments, etc.
4. Special valves for ships:
  The system pipelines basically use special stop valves for ships to prevent manual rotation.
5. Energy regulation system:
The refrigeration compressor adopts energy regulation control, which is controlled by a 3/8 solenoid valve and a 3P energy regulating valve.
6. Evaporation pressure regulation:
The high-temperature evaporation pressure regulation system composed of KVP22 can control the pressure change in the high-temperature warehouse, thereby controlling the evaporator temperature.
7. Cooling water system:
550W shaft-type cooling water pump, 3T cooling tower, 120W cooling fan, temperature and pressure instruments, etc.
8. Host tr*ning module:
NA830 microcomputer industrial automation cold storage controller, digital display three-digit digital tube + minus sign + status indication, with refrigeration, fan, alarm functions
9. Tr*ning device platform:
The tr*ning device is a st*nless steel structure with a solid structure and beautiful shape. The tr*ning table also has four universal wheels for easy movement and fixing.
10. High and low temperature warehouse body:
It is assembled from a st*nless steel warehouse body with a thickness of 110MM. The overall size of the warehouse body: 2000*1200*2200MM, with LED lighting installed inside.

18. Single-chip microcomputer , PLC programmable design and control virtual simulation software (copyright certificate and demonstration video must be provided):
1) This software is developed based on unity3d, and has built-in experimental steps, experimental instructions, circuit diagrams, component lists, connection lines, power on, circuit diagrams, scene reset, return and other buttons. After the connection and code are correct, the start/stop, forward motion, and reverse motion buttons can be used to operate the 3D machine tool model movement. When the line is connected, the 3D machine tool model can be enlarged/reduced and translated.
2) Relay control: Read the experimental instructions and enter the experiment. By reading the circuit diagram, select relays, thermal relays, switches and other components in the component list and drag and drop them into the electrical cabinet. The limiter is placed on the three-dimensional machine tool model. You can choose to cover the cover. Some component names can be renamed. Then click the connect line button to connect the terminals. After the machine tool circuit is successfully connected, choose to turn on the power and operate. If the component or line connection is wrong, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
3) PLC control: The experiment is the same as relay control, and the PLC control function is added. After the connection is completed, enter the program writing interface through the PLC coding button. Write two forward and reverse programs. There are 12 ladder diagram symbols in total. After writing, select Submit for program verification. After successful verification, turn on the power to operate. If there are component, line connection, and code errors, an error box will pop up. The scene can be reset at any time.
4) Single-chip microcomputer control: The experiment is the same as relay control, with the addition of single-chip microcomputer control function. After the connection is completed, enter the programming interface through the C coding button, enter the correct C language code, submit and verify successfully, turn on the power to operate, and an error box will pop up for components, line connections, and code errors, and the scene can be reset at any time.
