The system is a high-end teaching experiment platform for the Internet of Things. The platform is the first in China to adopt the compatible solution of Samsung ARM Cortex-A9 S5P4418 quad-core processor and Cortex-A53 S5P6818 octa-core processor, equipped with embedded Linux-3.4/Android-4.4 operating system, 9.7-inch high-definition capacitive touch IPS true color LCD screen (compatible with 7-inch TFT LCD), onboard multi-network protocol heterogeneous gateway aggregation node, 10 wireless sensor node modules (including Zigbe, Bluetooth, WiFi, Ipv6 and other sensor protocols, compatible with more than 30 sensors and more than 10 controllers), and 2 function expansion modules. Function expansion supports low-frequency RFID, high-frequency RFID, ultra-high-frequency RFID, GPS/Beidou, 4G communication, resource storage, fingerprint recognition, voice recognition, Arduino, etc.
S5P4418 is a quad-core Cortex-A9 core board with 2GB DDR3 memory, 16GB EMMC storage, and Android4.4 operating system.
S5P6818 is an octa-core Cortex-A53 core board with 2GB DDR3 memory and 16GB high-performance eMMC4.5 flash memory, Android5.1 operating system (Ubuntu 12.04, Linux+QT system is provided).
The system has complete teaching resources and teaching content, focusing on the theoretical and practical teaching of the perception layer, network layer, and application layer of the Internet of Things, including Cortex-A9/A53 embedded microprocessor system experiments, RFID basic experiments, ZigBee/Bluetooth/WiFi/Ipv6 wireless sensor network development, 4G communication network development, GPS/Beidou positioning development, Internet of Things application development, etc. Open hardware design, software design, network protocol stack and other design resources, provide key technologies, core communication protocols, design schematics and source code, guide students to learn about point, block, and global systems, and quickly and comprehensively master the cutting-edge technology of the Internet of Things, so as to achieve a perfect combination of learning knowledge points and product knowledge points. 
1. Product Features
1. Multi-core compatibility
The platform is compatible with high-performance Cortex-A9 S5P4418 quad-core processor and Cortex-A53 S5P6818 octa-core processor. The core board is exposed, which is convenient for plug-in replacement, and the baseboard design rem*ns unchanged, which will take into account higher-end application fields and provide better flexibility and scalability for projects and products.
2. Multi-screen compatibility
7-inch screen and 9.7-inch screen compatible design, LCDs are all equipped with a one-line interface touch, the platform can automatically detect their models, and each system is plug-and-play, which is very convenient.
3. Multi-network protocol heterogeneous gateway convergence
The module full-board design integrates multiple gateway coordinator functions such as Zigbee, WiFi, Bluetooth, IPv6, etc.; provides standard 20-Pin JTAG debugging interface, USB and serial port interface, RST reset function; provides data connection, data transmission, power indication, mode indication and other LED indication functions.

7. Mechanical tr*ning safety education virtual simulation software: This software is developed based on unity3d. The software adopts the form of three-dimensional roaming. The movement can be controlled by the keyboard and the direction of the lens can be controlled by the mouse. There are mechanical safety distance experiments, mechanical safety protection device experiments, and basic assessments of mechanical safety protection design. During the experiment, the three-dimensional roaming screen uses arrows and footprints to prompt moving to the experimental position. The circle around the mechanical object shows the working radius. The experimental process is accompanied by a dialog box reminder of the three-dimensional robot.
A. The content of the mechanical safety distance experiment includes the safety distance experiment to prevent the upper and lower limbs from touching the dangerous area (with two types of fence heights and opening sizes). After entering, the GB23821-2009 "Safety distance to prevent the upper and lower limbs from touching the dangerous area for mechanical safety" requirements pops up in front of the camera. Wrong demonstration: The experimental process is that after the human body enters the working radius of the mechanical object and is injured, the bloody picture and voice reminder receive mechanical injury, and return to the original position and conduct the next experiment. The last step is the correct approach.
B. The mechanical safety protection device experiment is divided into safety interlock switch, safety light curt*n, safety mat, safety laser scanner and other protection device experiments. The optional categories (safety input, safety control, safety output, other), manufacturer, product list (safety interlock switch, safety light curt*n, safety mat, safety laser scanner, safety controller, safety relay, safety fence). There is a blue flashing frame reminder at the installation location. The experimental process: select the safety fence and install it, select the safety interlock switch (or select the safety light curt*n, safety mat, safety laser scanner) and install it, select the safety controller and install it to the electrical control box, select the safety relay and install it to the electrical control box, and click the start button on the electrical control box. If entering a dangerous area, the system will sound an alarm and the mechanical object will stop working. You can stop by pressing the reset button on the electrical control box.
C. The basic assessment of mechanical safety protection design requires the installation of the mechanical safety system to be completed, and the safety guardr*l, safety interlock switch, safety light curt*n, safety mat, safety laser scanner, safety controller, safety relay, 24V power supply, signal light and emergency stop button to be correctly installed. The assessment is divided into ten assessment points. Some assessment points have three options, which students can choose freely. After the final 10 assessment points are selected, submit for confirmation, and the system will automatically calculate the total score and the score of each assessment point.
D. The software must be on the same platform as a whole and must not be displayed as a separate resource.
E. At the same time, the VR installation package of this software is provided to customers to facilitate users to expand into VR experiments. VR equipment and software installation and debugging are not required.
