1. Purpose of anaerobic experiment:
Anaerobic biological treatment technology is not only used for organic sludge and high-concentration organic wastewater, but also can treat low-concentration sewage. Compared with aerobic biological treatment technology, anaerobic biological treatment has a series of obvious advantages such as high organic load, low sludge production and low energy consumption. A major structure of anaerobic biological treatment, it integrates anaerobic biological reaction and sedimentation separation, has high organic load and removal efficiency, and does not require stirring equipment. This model is a teaching experimental equipment for anaerobic reactors. Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the internal structure of anaerobic;
2. Master the start-up method of anaerobic and the formation mechanism of granular sludge;
3. Conduct dynamic tests on a cert*n sewage to determine the process parameters and the water quality of the treated water.
2. Purpose of membrane reaction experiment:
The membrane bioreactor sewage treatment device is a test device for an integrated membrane bioreactor. The membrane bioreactor is a new sewage treatment process produced by the organic combination of membrane technology and sewage biological treatment technology. Its production and development are the inevitable result of the application and development of these two types of knowledge. The cross-disciplinary and combined membrane technology and sewage biological treatment technology have opened up a new field for sewage treatment technology research and application.
