1. Experimental purpose:
Since biological treatment methods are relatively economical, when studying the treatment plan for organic industrial wastewater, the possibility of biological treatment is generally considered first. However, some industrial wastewater cannot be treated normally during biological treatment because it cont*ns difficult-to-biodegrade organic matter, substances that inhibit or poison the growth of microorganisms, or lacks the nutrients and environmental conditions required by microorganisms. Therefore, when there are no ready-made scientific research results or production and operation data to refer to, it is necessary to conduct experiments to examine the possibility of biological treatment of these industrial wastewaters, study the possible effects after they enter the biological treatment system, or the allowable concentration of cert*n components entering the biological treatment equipment.
Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the meaning of biodegradability of industrial wastewater;
2. Master the experimental method for determining the biodegradability of industrial wastewater introduced in this experiment.
