1. Task source:
This sewage treatment simulation experimental device.
2. Scope of application:
The A/O biochemical treatment process includes two stages: anaerobic acidification and contact oxidation. It is suitable for domestic and industrial wastewater treatment in industries such as life, medicine, food, and chemical industry .
3. Its process principle:
After the sewage is screened to remove large particles and fibrous impurities, it flows into the regulating tank by gravity, and then is pumped into the anaerobic hydrolysis acidification tank for acidification and hydrolysis (a stirring device is provided in the tank). This stage m*nly makes the sewage uniform, and uses the characteristics of short generation, strong activity, and easy reproduction and growth of facultative anaerobic bacteria to hydrolyze the non-degradable large molecular structure organic matter into small molecules and soluble compounds, and initially degrade the organic matter. At the same time, denitrification is completed, and nitrogen pollution is finally eliminated.
The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device that m*nly uses the biofilm method and the activated sludge method. Through the fan and oxygenated aeration, the organic matter in the sewage is fully contacted with the biofilm in the pool, and the respiratory degradation function of aerobic bacteria is used to further degrade small molecules and soluble compounds into carbon dioxide and water; then it enters the secondary sedimentation tank to remove the peeled biofilm and activated sludge, and the secondary contact oxidation is carried out to make the effluent meet the discharge standard.
The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is discharged into the dr*nage trough, and part of the sludge can be returned to the contact oxidation tank. Generally, the contact oxidation tank does not need sludge return. Considering that it is a set of simulation devices, it is afr*d that the biofilm of the filler will not grow well, so a reflux pump is provided. (If it is normal, the reflux pump can be turned on).
