1. Experimental principle and purpose:
The "Lubeck" aeration tank is used to treat the biochemical treatment of phenol-cont*ning wastewater from the gas station, and the activated sludge method is mostly used. Under the action of aeration, the mixed liquid flows in a circular manner in the tank due to the push of the rising *r during aeration; and due to the potential energy of the influent, return sludge and return mixed liquid, the mixed liquid flows in a spiral manner horizontally to the central water collection pipe, and the mixed liquid flows into the secondary sedimentation tank for sedimentation.
The plant has conducted pilot tests, and the test results show that the removal rate of volatile phenols is generally 81% to 93%, the removal rate of COD is generally 48% to 62%, and the removal rate of BOD5 is generally 71% to 90%.
Through this experimental device, it is hoped that the following purposes can be achieved: 1. Master the basic operation process of the
"Lubeck" biological sewage
treatment device; 2. Deepen the understanding of the principle of the experiment;
3. Understand the process flow and technical parameters of the experiment, and improve students' theoretical and practical knowledge.
