1. Experimental purpose:
1. Through the operation of this system, we can deepen our understanding of the characteristics and operation rules of the treatment system.
2. Be familiar with and understand the control method of the activated sludge treatment system. Further understand the control parameters such as sludge load, sludge order, dissolved oxygen concentration and their role and significance in actual operation.
2. Working principle:
Activated sludge is one of the m*n methods for sewage treatment. From the current status of sewage treatment at home and abroad, most urban sewage and almost all industrial wastewater are treated with activated sludge. Therefore, this experimental method is particularly important. The
completely mixed aerated sedimentation tank in the activated sludge treatment system has the advantages of strong impact load resistance, uniform water quality in the aeration tank, balanced oxygen demand rate, equal sludge load, similar microbial composition and low dynamic consumption, but the microorganisms have low degradation ability for organic matter, easy to produce sludge expansion, and the effluent water quality is slightly poor.
3. Completely mixed aeration tank:
Completely mixed aeration tanks often use impellers to supply oxygen, and are mostly circular, square or polygonal tanks as units, which is adapted to the range of action of the impeller. Changing the diameter of the impeller can adapt to the needs of pools of different diameters (side lengths) and depths. A rectangular aeration tank can be divided into a series of interconnected square units, each of which is equipped with an impeller.
