1. Product Overview The
building intelligent engineering technology skills tr*ning and assessment device is a building intelligent technology tr*ning and assessment device developed for vocational colleges and vocational education and tr*ning institutions . According to the characteristics of building intelligence in the intelligent building industry, it is specially designed for practical tr*ning teaching on the basis of being close to the engineering site. It includes computer technology, network communication technology, integrated wiring technology, DDC technology, etc., and strengthens the engineering capabilities of building intelligent systems such as design, installation, wiring, wiring, programming, debugging, operation, and m*ntenance. It is suitable for teaching and tr*ning of related majors such as building intelligent engineering technology and electromechanical installation engineering. in structure , including typical structures such as intelligent buildings, intelligent communities, management centers, and corridors, covering six systems including intercom access control, security, video surveillance, fire protection , integrated wiring, and DDC monitoring lighting. Each system can operate independently or realize linkage. Through this system for project tr*ning, students' teamwork ability, planning and organization ability, building equipment installation and debugging ability, engineering implementation ability, professional quality, and communication ability can be tested.  2. System structure and composition The building intelligent engineering tr*ning system adopts an intelligent building model, including functional areas such as intelligent buildings, intelligent communities, management centers and corridors. The system is equipped with a m*n power box, security control box, and DDC control box. The intelligent building is designed as a two-story structure, which can realize engineering tr*ning of video surveillance and integrated wiring systems. The corridor and the intelligent community are respectively equipped with unit doors and single-family doors, which can realize engineering tr*ning such as equipment installation of the intelligent community intercom access control system, and realize the unit and single-family video intercom function. The management center realizes centralized monitoring and management of intelligent communities and intelligent buildings, including management equipment of management center machines and video monitoring stations. Typical monitoring equipment (various types of high-speed ball PTZ cameras, integrated gun-type cameras, universal PTZ cameras, etc.) are installed in the areas of the intelligent building, management center, and corridors to realize video surveillance of the m*n entrances and exits and key areas.
