2. Product features
1) The device uses a 19-inch open floor-standing rack with dimensions: 0.6 meters long, 0.53 meters wide, and 1.8 meters high. There are 4 anchor screws at the bottom of the rack to ensure that the equipment is firm and can withstand the impact of practical tr*ning.
2) 1 6U rack-mounted network crimping wire tr*ning tester with color LED color block display function (color LED color block display lights, a total of 96). Each core wire termination corresponds to a color LED light block, which directly and continuously displays the termination connection status and line sequence. There are 96 light blocks in 48 groups, which can simultaneously display the termination status of all 6 twisted p*rs, and visually judge the cross-connection, reverse connection, short circuit, open circuit and other faults of the communication network twisted p*r. The test results are transmitted to the teacher's computer management software via WIFI wireless signal or RS485.
1 network jumper detection and fault demonstration instrument with color LED display function, corresponding color LED light blocks display the connection status and line sequence of the crimping wire termination at both ends of the RJ45 connector. Each jumper corresponds to 8 groups of 16 color LED light blocks, which directly and continuously displays the connection status and line sequence. There are 64 light blocks in 32 groups, and there are cable type, group, and fault type prompt lights, which can quickly detect the crimping status of 4 jumpers at the same time. Fault simulation demonstration function, set 6 groups (correct, reverse connection, jumper, open circuit, crossover, short circuit) of common network wiring correctness and fault types. 4) Teacher teaching design system (providing demonstration and copyright certificate): This system is in apk format and can be used on the PC or mobile terminal. This system can manually set faults and automatically set faults. This system selects manual setting of fault points through the green box in the circuit diagram (up to 39 fault points can be set), and can also automatically set one fault point randomly, two fault points randomly, three fault points randomly, four fault points randomly, and five fault points randomly through the system. This system has toolbox, component library, magnifying glass, circuit diagram and other functions. You can select a multimeter for detection through the toolbox, select appropriate components through the component library, and use a magnifying glass to clearly understand each component and circuit. This system sets the fault of the motor star-delta starting control circuit and, after various investigations, allows students to understand the working principle and circuit structure of the motor star-delta starting control circuit.
5) Mechanical assembly and bench assembly virtual simulation software (provide demonstration and copyright certificate): This software is developed based on unity3d, with 6 levels of image quality, and has the design and virtual disassembly of reducers and shaft structures, design and simulation of common mechanical mechanisms , mechanism resource library, typical mechanical mechanisms (virtual disassembly of gasoline engines). The software is an integrated software and cannot be a separate resource.
A. The reducer design and virtual disassembly interface can select worm bevel gear reducer, two-stage unfolded cylindrical gear reducer, bevel cylindrical gear reducer, coaxial cylindrical gear reducer, bevel gear reducer, and one-stage cylindrical gear reducer.
Worm bevel gear reducer: After entering the software, the assembly content will be automatically played, and each step in the video will be described in text.
Secondary unfolded cylindrical gear reducer: After entering the software, the content will be played in the form of a video. The video content should include: part name (scan the QR code to see the part name), disassembly demonstration (including disassembly, assembly), virtual disassembly (including the whole, low-speed shaft, medium-speed shaft, high-speed shaft, box cover, box seat)
Bevel cylindrical gear reducer, coaxial cylindrical gear reducer, bevel gear reducer, first-stage cylindrical gear reducer: After clicking to enter, it will automatically jump to the edrawings interface. The models are all three-dimensional models. By clicking on the parts to display the part name, you can rotate 360° in all directions, zoom in, zoom out, and translate. At the same time, you can use the move parts function to disassemble and assemble the entire reducer. At the same time, you can select the home button to return to the initial state of the reducer. The bevel gear reducer and the first-stage cylindrical gear reducer have added the function of inserting cross sections, and the cross sections can be freely dragged to observe the internal structure of the reducer.
B. The design of the shaft system structure and the virtual disassembly and assembly interface can select part recognition, disassembly and assembly demonstration, and actual combat operation.
1. Part recognition: The built-in 3D models and part names of helical gears, end caps without holes, couplings, coupling keys, shafts, gear keys, end caps with holes, sleeves, and deep groove ball bearings are set. Any part can be rotated 360°.
2. Disassembly and assembly demonstration: There are 2 built-in cases. When the mouse is moved to a cert*n part position (except the base and the bearing seat), the part is automatically enlarged and the part name is displayed. There are disassembly and assembly buttons. The software automatically completes the disassembly and assembly of the shaft system structure. The 3D scenes can be rotated 360°, enlarged, reduced, and translated. 3. Actual operation: The 3D parts are neatly placed on the desktop. Students manually select the corresponding parts and move them to the shaft system structure. The parts can be installed only when the placement order and position are correct. There is a restart button to facilitate students to repeat the virtual experiment. 3) Be able to conduct termination principle and skill tr*ning for 25 p*rs of large-p*r cables. The equipment must be able to conduct large-p*r cable wiring and termination tr*ning. Each device terminates both ends of the large-p*r cable each time, and each person terminates the cable 100 times in each tr*ning. Each core wire termination has a corresponding indicator light that intuitively and continuously displays the termination connection status and line sequence. There are a total of 100 indicator lights divided into 50 groups, which simultaneously display all the termination conditions of the large-p*r cable, and can intuitively judge the cross-connection, reverse connection, short circuit, open circuit and other faults of the large-p*r cable

5) The columns on both sides of the equipment are preset with 20 Φ25 threading holes, which can realize the simulation tr*ning function of PVC pipe/steel pipe concealed threading.
6) Combined with network distribution frames and communication jumper frames for various termination tr*ning, simulated wiring termination tr*ning in cabinets.
