Device function
1. The empirical correlation (Dittus-Boelter correlation) of forced convection heat transfer in a circular str*ght tube can be verified through experiments.
2. It can measure the steam condensation heat transfer coefficient and the total heat transfer coefficient outside the tube, and compare them with the heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.
3. The enhanced heat transfer coefficient of threaded pipes can be measured and compared with smooth pipes.
4. Ability to observe and analyze the condensation conditions of steam outside the tube and distinguish between dropwise condensation and film condensation.
5. The condensate can be recycled, minimizing the amount of distilled water added to the steam generator.

public facilities
Water: The device comes with a 304 st*nless steel automatic steam generator, which is connected to tap water. Water vapor enters the heat exchanger during the experiment.
Electricity: voltage AC220V, power 4.0KW, standard single-phase three-wire system. Each laboratory needs to be equipped with 1~2 grounding points (safety ground and signal ground).
Air: Air comes from the fan (self-cont*ned *r source).
