1. A real and operable electronically controlled gasoline engine, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of an electronically controlled gasoline engine. The engine can perform practical operations under normal working conditions such as starting, acceleration, and deceleration.

2. The tr*ning bench consists of two parts: a fixed bench for the engine assembly and operating accessories, and a bench for the operation detection control panel.

3. There is a color UV flat panel printed circuit diagram on the tr*ning platform. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system; the panel is 4mm thick and is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fire-proof, and moisture-proof. The surface of the high-grade aluminum-plastic panel is sprayed with primer using a special process; the panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that will never fade.

4. There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the tr*ning platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various sensors , actuators, and engine control unit pins on the panel , such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.

5. There is a 20cm steel table on the base directly in front of the equipment testing panel, which is convenient for placing materials, testing instruments, etc.

6. The tr*ning bench panel is equipped with automotive instruments, fuel pressure gauges, and vacuum pressure gauges, which can display changes in engine speed and other parameters in real time;

7. The tr*ning platform is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal automotive decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams for the engine electronic control system.

8. The tr*ning platform is equipped with a m*n power switch and protection devices.

9. The base of the tr*ning platform is welded with a steel structure, and the round hand guard poles are welded in front/on both sides. The surface is spray-coated and equipped with a self-locking caster device, which makes it flexible to move, safe, reliable, sturdy and durable.
