6. DC charging load simulator
(1). The load box is equipped with a display screen of no less than 7 inches, with plug-in detection. After connecting the slow charging gun/fast charging gun, the display automatically jumps to the corresponding operating mode. Interface; the load power can be controlled through the display screen, with CC, CP temperature, charging voltage, charging current, charging power detection in slow charging mode, CC2, temperature, charging pile voltage, charging pile current, charging power in fast charging mode , can communication status, charging voltage setting, charging current setting and other functions.
(2). The load box adopts an intelligent temperature control design. When the temperature reaches 35°C, the cooling fan is intelligently turned on. When the temperature is higher than 60°C, the system is cut off. When the temperature is lower than 25°C, the fan is turned off. This ensures the service life and safety protection of the equipment. .
(3). The load box has a built-in BMS module, multi-channel relay, and single-phase meter to control and monitor the operating status of the system in real time; when the charging pile and the load equipment do not communicate and work, the load cannot be turned on and the load can be automatically turned off.
(4). During DC charging, BMS can be simulated to set the current charging voltage, charging current, and load function size.
