The tr*ning platform equipment includes cooling system (water tank, electronic cooling fan, etc.), *r intake mechanism (empty filter housing, *r filter, intake hose, intake manifold, etc.), exhaust mechanism (exhaust manifold, etc.) pipe, exhaust pipe, etc.), all engine sensors and actuators (water temperature sensor, fuel injector, pressure sensor, etc.);

5. The engine tr*ning platform has dynamic operation and display functions. The original vehicle instruments, ignition lock and related control circuits can display engine speed, temperature, oil pressure, oil volume and other parameter information in real time during operation.
6. The mobile m*n platform is welded with standard profiles. The surface is polished and then sprayed with high-temperature plastic. It is oil-resistant, scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It can stably install the engine and other ancillary components. Each mobile m*n platform has a universal gimbal. Self-locking caster device makes it easy to move at any time.
7. The test bench is equipped with safety protection devices such as a m*n power switch and a protective net to facilitate cutting off the m*n power supply and performing safety protection.

This equipment is composed of a refurbished Bosch 2.8T electronically controlled diesel engine assembly (easy to disassemble and assemble), a disassembly and assembly flip bench and an operation detection console. The disassembly and flipping bench provides tr*nees with practical tr*ning on engine disassembly and assembly. After the engine is assembled, it can be connected to the operation detection console to start and run the engine and detect the assembly effect of the engine.
10. Functional features
10.1. There is a color printed circuit diagram on the panel of the tr*ning platform. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual electronically controlled diesel engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system;
10.2. The tr*ning platform consists of a disassembly and assembly flipping platform and The run detection console consists of two parts.
