This system is the best supporting experimental equipment for teaching courses such as "MCS-51 MCU Principle and Interface", "MCU Control Technology", "Automation Control" and "EDA". With the design concept of small system, multi-function and easy expansion, the m*nboard is based on the basic experiments of "51 Series Microcontroller Experiment Guide", adding address bus, data bus, control bus lead-out and expansion unit (area), so that the school can meet the needs Starting from the machine, various expansion modules can be selected to provide a good experimental development environment for teaching experiments, curriculum design, and graduation projects in various colleges and universities. It is also a powerful assistant for scientific research and development workers.
2. System composition:
1.Hardware:
(1) Development system consists of: microcontroller simulation interface (emulator external), user CPU (AT89S52), system control chip (1032), 64K program memory (w27c512), 64K data memory (61256x2), open 4*6 keyboard circuit , open 6-digit dynamic digital tube display circuit.
(2) Input/output: 128*64 LCD graphic circuit (or character 1602 LCD), single pulse generator, 8MH clock frequency division, 8-bit switching logic level input/output circuit, pin header/locking hole rotation Interface, 16*16 LED dot matrix circuit, audio power amplifier, 0~5V adjustable analog, PWM circuit, emitter follower, ISP online download interface, printing port, user serial interface.
(3) Commonly used interface chips: RS232/485, 74LS273, 74LS244, 8279, 0832, 0809, 8253, 8250, 8251, 8255, etc.;
(4) Control objects: speakers, temperature 18B20, IC card reading and writing, buzzers, small DC motors , stepper motors, pressure sensors , relays, etc.;
(5) Expansion unit interface: Provides bus interface, and can expand the design by yourself or select various expansion modules of our company.
2. Software: The system is equipped with microcontroller simulation and debugging software for operating platforms such as 2000/xp, which supports assembly and C51 language compilation and debugging; online download software for microcontrollers, etc.
3. Power supply: The system has built-in high-performance DC regulated power supply.
4. Chassis: The system is equipped with a lightweight aluminum alloy box as the experimental instrument chassis.
3. M*n features of the system:
(1) Simulator external connection: The simulator and the experimental system are separated. The experimental system only has the simulator interface, and the simulator can be used alone. The 51/96 universal microcontroller emulator configured in the experimental instrument has all 64K data space and 64K program space open and does not occupy CPU resources. It adopts dual CPU mode. The simulation CPU and experimental CPU run independently. The software provides single step, breakpoint, pause, Full speed operation and other debugging functions. .
(2) Experimental openness: The experimental circuit unit should be as independent and open as possible, such as open keyboard, open display, open serial port, etc., to provide the possibility to adapt to various experiments.
(3) Secondary development: The system leads out all the address bus, data bus, and control bus, leaving an expansion unit on the motherboard, and debugs the user system through a microcontroller emulator.
(4) Online download: Automatic recognition of online programming, no need for switch switching, no programmer required, AT89S5X microcontroller can be directly programmed.
(5) Two working modes: one is to run with a PC, and realize various debugging and running operations while being online with the upper-level software; the other is to run offline, the system is equipped with management monitoring, and without an emulator status, the system automatically switches to offline management status, and users can easily call the experimental program in EPROM to complete the experiment.
