Product description and system functions

1. The four-story elevator tr*ning system is designed according to the actual elevator structure and has almost all the functions of the actual elevator. It has an actual elevator simulation structure, and external call buttons and car status display devices for each floor are installed near the shaft. Each elevator has an independent electrical control system and car door safety control system.

2. The m*n body of the model is made of high-grade aluminum alloy and high-grade organic glass materials. It is strong and beautiful, with good transparency, making it easy to observe the internal structure and experimental actions. The cable arrangement is composed of multiple wires and can move freely up and down with the car, making it simple, safe and orderly.

3. The elevator model has 4 floors. Provides detection signals, actuators and display devices for various functions of elevator control. The detection signals are divided into outbound call signals, leveling signals, position detection signals, car door opening and closing position signals, etc. The elevator car can run up and down, and the car door has protection functions such as switch and limit. Each floor displays the floor location, running direction, and call button signal of the current car. It has a memory function and is the same as the actual elevator.

4. The lifting of the car and the opening and closing of the door can be controlled independently; after the elevator reaches a cert*n floor, the door automatically opens or closes.

5. It has the function of closing the door to prevent people from being pinched and the overweight alarm function. After the anti-pinch switch is triggered, the door will open quickly, just like in reality.

6. The elevator's lifting and door opening and closing speeds are adjustable and the movement is smooth.

7. It has hardware protection functions for lifting and opening and closing doors, which improves the safety of the system.

8. Equipped with a dedicated internal signal controller, the wiring is simple and the control is convenient.
