4. System configuration
This tr*ning cabinet is m*nly composed of a cabinet, an electrical room, a general frequency converter, a signal source, a variable frequency speed-adjustable three-phase asynchronous motor, etc.
1. Cabinet
The cabinet body is a double-layer matt dense-gr*n spray-plastic structure, with a double-sided cabinet door design and cold-rolled steel plate, which is strong and beautiful. There are primary incoming and outgoing line terminal blocks, outlet holes and grounding marks inside. The control cabinet is also equipped with four universal wheels and four fixed adjustment mechanisms.
2. Electrical room
The front cabinet door is equipped with an AC voltmeter, an AC ammeter, and a voltage indication switch. The voltage indication switch can indicate the UUV, UVW, and UWU line voltage values of the power grid respectively. The AC ammeter is used to monitor the load current. It is also equipped with operating status indicator light, push button switch, emergency stop button, frequency adjustment potentiometer, etc. The interior of the electrical room m*nly consists of circuit breakers, fuses, AC contactors (Schneider), thermal relays, input reactors, output reactors, filters, braking units, current transformers, cooling fans, secondary external terminal blocks and other devices composition.
3. General frequency converter
Provides Japanese Mitsubishi general-purpose F700 series inverters (with high-efficiency and energy-saving functions).
4. Signal source
Provides 0~10V, 4~20mA signal source module to realize external voltage and current control of the frequency converter.
5. Three-phase asynchronous motor
Three-phase variable frequency speed regulating motor YVP90L-4 frequency regulating motor 1.5kw, 1391rpm, equipped with special motor connecting cable.
